Walk in to pick a order up and no one greeted me not one word the guy just keeps folding boxes although he walked pass me 3 time the guy making the pizzas look at me and nothing how rude and I was the only one in there at the moment.

The manager Chris was not pleasant at the drive thru window. Ordered a Cheese Pizza and Pepperoni Pizza. Both large, both pizza’s had the same amount of cheese. Usually a Pepperoni pizza should get 9oz of cheese on their scale and the Cheese only gets about 12oz of cheese. Both pies had about Dominoes sized servings, only 6oz. And the pizza was dry, I asked for extra sauce but got light sauce.
Chris also gave me attitude or he was just in a bad mood probably because Chris does not treat his employees good and I know, because I have friends that deliver and work inside of “his” store. Also he did not take the coupon that I had.
I should have went to Jet’s Pizza or Little Caesars.
Chris’s customer service is TERRIBLE.

I love Marcos but lately this location has been slacking. 1/3 of one pizza missing cheese the one modified to replace ingredients I guess they ran out of? Another time one pizza had spicy cheese that I didn’t order and a burnt pizza bowl stuck to foil. When it’s it’s good when it’s bad it’s terrible.

The staff here is absolutely terrible. This is not surprising, though, as they are only as good as the management, which is supposed to set the example. The night manager Kamesha a.k.a. " Sharon" likes to misrepresent herself when you ask for her name to make a complaint because she is not management material. She even bragged about how this is her the last week of her notice, so she doesn't care how she treats customers or how many complaints she gets. It's a shame because Marcos has great food. I'm sure this management hire was one that fell through the cracks as she is definitely far below what I have experienced Marcos' standard to be. Maybe the ratings at this location will improve once she is gone.

Second time within a week that my pizza has not been cut at all. Today, not only was it not cut, there was also no pizza sauce on my pizza, no romesan or garlic crust as requested. Way too much lack of attention. Not sure what the deal is here lately but I'll be taking a long break from here.

I ordered a plain pepperoni pizza at this location, when I got my order there was no pepperoni or marinara on the pizza. When I talked to the manager Kamesha about this she was very flippant and it was completely obvious she did not care. She hung up on me twice, I will never be ordering from Marcos pizza again.
