i am appalled with my whole experience! Workers really looked at me when I asked for my order and just goes “we don’t have that” then while i just stood there he then says it wasn’t ready yet. I finally got my food and once I got home, of course it was the WRONG pizza and these are our “BBQ wings”

Ordered 2 large pizzas and a liter of root beer at 3:45 pm to be delivered at 5:30pm and had to go to the store and get the order at 6pm. Was hung up on 4 times prior to me deciding to get it myself. No apologies, no offer to remedy the horrible service. If you must order from Marco's do not use this location of 5250 North Tarrant in Keller.

Pizza is always good. This visit was a little off, and staff wasnt as friendly as normal. My order got messed up and I had to wait 10 minutes to find out they hadn't even stared it yet and 10 more waiting for it to cook. I wasnt real happy, staff didnt Seem real worried about it, which was even more irritating but what could I do. If I wanted it i had to wait. So I did.

The pizza is pretty good but lately they won't even answer the phone so it doesn't really matter.
So I haven't written a review in a hot minute but we just ordered from here (4 medium pizzas and a grilled chicken Ceasar salad) This salad is hands down the best salad I have ever had from a pizza joint/fast food place. The dressing pairs amazingly with the spices they put in the chicken and the croutons are clearly made in house and taste like a mix of garlic bread and texas toast. The pizza was also really good, the sauce didn't taste too acidic, so I didn't get kicked in the butt with heartburn. We also saved $20 ordering ahead and using the deals on their website! This place is 5/5 star pregnant lady approved.

It was my first time ordering with Marco's and it was an easy ordering process but I never received an email when my food was ready. The good thing is I did receive an email saying when they put it in the oven so next time I know after the 15min of receiving that email it will be ready.

This was my first order of Marco's Pizza! Nothing but greatness to say the least! They have a BOGO deal on Tuesday that can easily feed a family of 4-5 people at an affordable price of $20 plus the taxes. Most definitely will return on another Tuesday when I'm looking for a quick meal and a great deal. Also may I add there are no excursions on the pizzas that are part of the BOGO deal!
