Ordered online but when I arrived they said they didn’t get the order so I ordered again. Then I realized the first order did go through when I saw I was charged for both. They said they’d refund one over the phone but never did.

I tlk to Adam on the phone I feel terrible n have to feed the kiddos tried to place an online order it said they don’t deliver I’m 8 minutes away I wanted to cry tlk to Adam he said he would continue my order for delivery. I really appreciated that and we love this location even when we pick up they are always nice n the pizza is always hot a fresh out the oven. Adam really made my day😭😊🤗

Gave this place multiple chances. Overpriced and not good. They need their own delivery service because door dash always delivers it cold. I'd like to think it is better hot, but doubt it.

Love the consistency from this place, the food is always good and service is always top tier. The 1$ extra charge for the little drizzle of chocolate sauce ontop of the cinnamon squares is ridiculous though.

I have bought a lot of food from Marco's Pizza here in Keller, Tx. 76244. I have never made a call to them about my food, but today really SUCKED!!!!! I ordered 1 pizza, it was delivered TOTALLY BAD!!!!! We called for the first time ever & they replaces the Pizza that looked good, but it was very COLD & TOUGH. As much as I hate Pizza Hut, Pizza Hit will be my new second choice and bc I am a Native Floridian I will spend extra money on Hungry Howies here in Keller Tx.

I can understand how frustrating it must feel when he doesn’t take the time to listen to the entire conversation. It’s important to feel heard and understood.

This place is great. Pizza is terrific and the drivers get my food to me hot.
