I’ve literally given them the benefit of the doubt I’ve ordered 4 times the same salad 3 times thru uber eats and this last time thru there website after talking to the manager two times about them placing tomatoes in my order cause I’m allergic and nevertheless they always put them. I will not be ordering from this location again due to someone either not knowing how to read or just doesn’t care

Great dining experience. Chicken Ranch Club and Turkey jalapeño crunch sandwiches are awesome!! Mac and cheese never fails to be a favorite. Super service from Kyle, who took the time to go over specifics of ingredients! Thank you Kyle!

Service is great. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I couldn't access my membership in the app and mentioned it to the cashier. She offered to find my account and even redeemed my free tea reward. The gentleman that brings you your food has been there for so long and he is great. Very quick!

We stopped there for a birthday lunch from work. They were busy but the customer service was excellent! The food was good and we had a great time. My favorite is that they have gluten free bread to make any of the sandwiches!!

First time we have ever been to McAlister's and we will be returning. Had the 12 inch Memphian with 2 Pure Cane Sugar Lemonades. The sandwich and lemonade was excellent as was the woman who assisted me. We have been looking for a great sandwich for a reasonable price. She was so polite and very knowledgeable of the food and drinks. We will be going back again .

Employees were really nice and great.

The tables were sticky and not clean. Floors near the wall had crumbs. The potato was $14 over cooked and the chicken tasted weird.
More or less I guess I’m just saying it makes me sad how little everyone is paid bc can you blame the employees? We’re all just acting our wage at this point. Maybe I’m just venting now - it just sucks to pay so much money for a potato. But then again it’s a privilege to eat so who am I to be complaining/honest about my experience? So when you asked if the potato was good- I didn’t say no bc I don’t want to ruin anyone’s shift. I work in the service industry; I just tell people: oh I’m so sorry about that let me take it off and that’s it. Nothing ever really gets solved. But no.. no ma’am- the potato was awful. My stomach hurts now and I just wish it was 2010 when things seemed.. idk…. Different.
I’m gonna call my therapist now bc this spiraled into the grieving of capitalism .

Stopped in while I was waiting for my dog to get groomed. The food was great! I had a ham & cheese melt, bbq chips & soda. The sandwich was awesome!! The cashier that took my order (sorry, don't have her name) was very pleasant & knowledgeable. The restaurant & bathroom was clean & kept up. The Assistant Manager was very nice & helped out the other employees as needed (which is outstanding). I highly recommend this location!

I’ve actually never been a patron of this particular McAlister’s, however I frequently pick up DoorDash orders from here and am always extremely impressed with all staff working. Everyone is always friendly as can be, productive no matter the situation. I’ve seen them extremely short staffed, half staffed and full staffed, the attitude and work ethic always shines. Management obviously knows what they’re doing and how to keep morale high. Thank you all for always being so pleasant to work with!

Ordered via Uber Eats and the restaurant left out a whole sandwich in the sealed order. I stopped eating McAlister’s quite a while ago due to the quality of the food had declined. Decided to try them again and same outcome…the quality and taste of the food is not there. Very disappointing. Will not eat again. Uber Eats delivery is always prompt and efficient though.
