This location on Riverside & Heritage Trace is the worst McAlister's I have EVER encountered. Our last 3 visits have been ridiculous, similar to what another reviewer said. Super long wait times to order, even longer to get your food, wrong orders, and they always seem to be short staffed, short on customer service and short on patience. This place needs new management, asap.
This location has become one of their worst. My last 3 visits have continually declined. Everything from slow service, wrong food, and tonight my order broke their computers. After 15 minutes of waiting and serving 10 other people the decision was made to hang write my order. When asked if they could move it up and/or expedite since we had been inconvenienced for so long I was greeted with a "probably not". So remember this if they need up it's your problem not theirs.

My rating would've been 4 stars, except for the fact that I could hardly find a clean table in the place. All the tables were clear, but it was obvious the tables hadn't been wiped. This was around 4pm on a Sunday afternoon and this location was not at all busy. The Reuben was delicious.
