I’m leaving a review because this is the second time within a week I’ve had horrible service. I ordered food asked for a SPRITE. Got to the window and they confirmed the wrong order. I can understand that it’s a 2 lane drive thru so we corrected that. Get to the 2nd window and they have a Large Powerade. I said no ma’am I asked for a Sprite not a Powerade. The lady says well the receipt says Powerade. I respond but I asked for a Sprite. Again a simple mistake that could be fixed. She refused to change the drink. I was like this is ridiculous just give me the drink at this point because I’m not gonna argue with you about what I ordered. The person taking the order made a simple mistake and I was fine with that but it was the refusal to correct it. I’m at a point I HATE this location. Just exchange the drink it’s not like I had a small and asked for a large I ordered a drink of the same size just wanted what I ordered! I’ll just take the extra few minutes to go to the other location not fair down the street it’s been too many problems here. Customer service is TRASH!

The drive-through workers on the Night Shift were extremely rude and then after finally trying to take my order, they said never mind we are closed?? Like I don’t understand what just happened, but I won’t be back to this location.

Broke weak and stopped by the drive through to get some lunch, and when I got my order, I had a good laugh because someone noticed I had the hallowed order number 1337 and added a W to my receipt. Thanks!

The biggest plus is that the frozen machine is 90% of the time working here. For the most part the employees do not like or will they communicate with anyone not their ethnicity, so i highly recommend using the app. And hopefully they get it right. But like I said I go here for the frozen Blue Raspberry drink.

Just had the most horrible experience stood in the drive thru for 30 minutes, once get to the pay window they couldn’t find my order the lead had deleted and then get to the order window they had to remake the whole order. This was crazy had a worker and two leads working the window they couldn’t get the orders together

Its the people you hire. They dont care. Mumbling going on at the drive thru. No reciepts being given, probably because they dont want feedback. Go anywhere else to eat but here.
