Me and my brother have ordered from this place and two times they have stolen our food. This place won't even check who are they giving the food to.

Put in curbside order and waited 20 minutes for it to be delivered. When a girl finally brought me my food I asked why it took so long. She wouldn't even look at me. At that point I was done and asked her to take the food back and refund my order. She told me she would be right back. Waited 5 minutes before going back in and I found her doing other things. She hasn't even gone to her manager to process the request. She scurried away and I hear their conversation the moment she saw me. At this point if McDonald's doesn't even have speed on their side what's the point of choosing them over a real restaurant

I come here often and I always brag about how fresh the food is but not today. I ordered a QPC and hi-c it took 12 minutes to bring it out and it was cold. My order was forgotten about for some reason and it wasn't even busy. Disappointed

I have been to this McDonald's easily over 200 times. The employees are a very kind hard working crew! TODAY THOUGH, I was able to witness one of the quickest hard working employees i have EVER seen at any restaraunt fast or slow. This dude was EVERYWHERE cleaning, serving, checking on patrons!!! His name was Logan and yes new to this McDonald's. If I still owned any of my restaraunts I would steal him away on the spot! If you ever see this Logan, you should be proud of yourself. You have a trait that is the most important in the restaraunt business.... who you are and how hard you work when no one is looking... that is what gets you places in this world! Great job young man

No one ever cam and took my order, so I ordered on the app and then the store cancelled my order after I waited for 30 minutes.
Me and my family came up there, they closed early at 1:00 when the website says 2. This is not the first time don’t let it happen again or you will be dealt with. Thankyou

Yesterday, my wife and my experience was McAwfull. I picked up lunch for my granddaughter. The French fries were cold. One box were brown from soaking in the oil after reheating. The Big Mac was cold and the tiny beef patties were less than a third of the bun size. We got 4 drinks without a holder at curb side and the person who delivered the meal, who could care less, told us we could go inside to the counter and get one. When my wife went to the counter, it was unmanned.

3 times I've been there and 3 times my order was wrong and all 3 times they refused to correct the issue. First time I called but didn't go back within 24 hrs, second time they shorted the order by 2 complete meals, third time they didn't give a receipt but I took back the food as they requested and still Mr Alex had an attitude because I took from approx 21:00 until 13:30;the next day. That place is a joke. Worst McDonald's ever
