Personally, McDonald’s standard is just low. I dont understand how they get orders wrong. I ordered a mcchicken with fries for my son and instead they gave me what seems like it was supposed to be a double cheeseburger but without the buns? Just the pattys itself with cheese on top. They also gave me fries and nuggets. More than what i ordered and sadly i didnt notice til i got home, so my son had to eat just meat , not even a sandwich! Horrible
This is a shockingly well-run McDonald's in the middle of a hospital. The food comes out quick and hot. They keep it clean. Actually reminds me going to McDonald's when I was a kid. Well done guys!
Thos entrance are only accessible to hospital staff.

Your suposed to go in that way then walk to the mcdonalds that is in the hospital
