The women who work here in the morning are so rude! I ordered a sausage biscuit meal I asked for it to be changed to a chicken biscuit meal and she said no. so I said ok cancel my meal and I reordered and started with a chicken biscuit meal and she charged me for the sandwich, the hashbrown, and the orange juice all separately. I didn't say anything. Well I get to the window and they hand me my bag without my drink and slammed the window in my face before I could ask for it. I just drive off cause the drink wasn't even worth it. Well I get to work to open my sandwich and they gave me a sausage biscuit instead of the chicken biscuit. First world problems but whatever this place sucks

The manager marry needs to fire these little rude disrespectful boys they got up there.im literally showing my respect and everything and he kinda get rude and start hurrying me in my order and I told him baby boy don’t be rude and .he said im not rude and I was yes and no I wasn’t.I literally hear it in your voice!!! And then marry the manager not evening getting on to him I know there’s no one up there taking charge because it was said never go to the outside of the drive through if u don’t want a little boy being rude to and talking back something he wasn’t paid to do at all

Always have problems here. The 1st time we ordered, they had us pull in a spot and forgot us for a whole hour. Recently we went and they continously messed up our order and insisted on sending us off with cold food and lied about it being "fresh". Theyre not very understanding and extremely rude. I'm very upset and need McDonald's to get it together; this is unacceptable.
They forgot to put pickles on my mcrib after I said I wanted extra pickles

Visited this morning at 10:15 am. and ordered 4 oatmeals at the kiosk. Requested receipt, didn't print. Waited over 20 minutes for my oatmeal, and I had to ask twice. Finally told the second time, oh, we ran out, as if the question was an inconvenience. No one offered a complimentary drink of any sort. I drive 15 minutes home to find, no cranberry raisins, oatmeal cups, not even halfway filled! They make East Lancaster & Meadowbrook stores look real good after this! For the Mitchell Blvd & Berry location, to have what appears to be state of the art equipment, they need more work on courtesy, communication, and details of orders. I definitely didn't get what I paid for! 😕. Customer Service was closed today.
