This locations service has been getting worse over the years, on more the one occasion they have either missed a sandwich , frys, a drink on multi meal orders. They also intentionally short you sause and ketchup and you have to argue with person working the take window. They tell you it's in the bag when they know fullwell they did not put it in there. I think manager s expressly forbid them from giving you sauces. I dont think they are going to go broke giving you sauces with your nuggets, the drive thru is allways packed. Today I order a 10 pz chicken nugget meal and check bag felt three meals. But didn't check for sauces. What a surprise ? they shorted me again. They also have a bad habit of only filling the frys halfway.About the only time they get my orders right is in the morning breakfast, I guess you can cut a hash brown in half. I usually don't get jam for my sandwiches, but I can see that being an issue.Long story short do not leave drive thru window without completely checking your order.

Food was not fresh. They gave me a half box of fries. When I took them back they took the box out of my hand and put more fries in it. When asked if she could take items back through the window she said no.

UPDATE FEB 2024: This place has gone downhill! Nasty, old tasting burgers. They left two items off of my order TWICE in a row but i was charged. And they don't give a receipt unless you ask. Now I think I know why. It astounds me this place went to hell so quickly. The attitude of the employees is equal to the looks of the burger when I complained. I will not be going back to this location.

Unfortunately, this McDonald's is in a bad area with homeless people and vandalizers, but the food and service quality has been kept at a respectable standard. Staff, especially the morning staff, are always kind and welcoming.
The best McDonald's to go to in east side of fort Worth and the staff are very friendly and they are generous and our understanding the only thing I don't like is that their drink machine doesn't work or they have it turned off for whatever reason I'm pretty sure it's a good reason but every time you need to refill you got to go up there and they got to do but they got the best Mocha frappes in the worldVegetarian options: They have sugar-free lattes frappes and coffeesParking: It's greatWheelchair accessibility: Yes
