They never have ice cream at any time of day. My order never gets completed correctly. And still want to try and educate me on how to double check my order. Rude.

I ordered mc chicken double cheeseburger French fries and a sweet tea I added a cup of Buffalo sauce at the end of my order because I like to put the Buffalo sauce on my mc chicken. I know this mcdonalds charges for sauce if you don't have nuggets. So I pull up to window and paid then pulled to the second windows to get my food .looked in the bag for my sauce and it wasn't in the bag so I Politely asked for Buffalo sauce. I told her it was supposed to be in there. So the girl is working at the window. Waiting got her manager as the manager came over there and asked me what kind of sauce I had. I said Buffalo and she goes well. It should be in there and I said it's not in here. You can look and I handed her the bag back and she looks in it. She says oh, that's because you've got 2 sandwiches in here and we don't give sauce out with sandwiches only nuggets and I said I added it to my order. Then she said we'll she didn't charge you for it. I said Well, okay.I'll pay for but I still need the Buffalo sauce.She was very rude. Then on top of that when I ate my Chicken Sandwich, it tastes like it had been cooked in old grease and then the fries were soggy. I will never go back to this location again.

I just left the drive- thru after ordering a deluxe chicken sandwich and a fry- my sandwich is burnt, hard, you can tell it was cooked hours ago and dropped back into the grease to heat up and it obviously was severely overcooked. When I called to speak to someone, they DO NOT answer the phone. It rings & rings. So now I have to spend more of my time on my Sunday to drive back up there and return the nasty food I paid nearly $8 for. Horrible location. How do they hand you your food with a smioe knowing full well they wouldn't eat it if given to them????

the bigger lady who works the overnight shift is very mean. even the young girl who was working looked very scared of her and when i asked to speak to the manager, she warned me about her being very mean. i did a mobile order and used my points to order an ice cream cone. when i got to the window they told me their ice cream machine is off for the night so i couldn’t have one. i asked if there was any way to get my points back or get something equivalent to the amount of points i spent but she told me no (even though literally any other locating would have done it) and that i would have to come back tomorrow to get it. very frustrating that she couldn’t fix it for me then and there and acted like it was my fault that i ordered it. now i have to go back again to get it fixed. not even sure i want to go through that trouble. how was i supposed to know their machine was off?! it was still available on the app. this was at about 2:30am. don’t go around that time if you don’t want to deal with a mean manager.
