We made an order in the Drive Thru. We ordered 2 medium cokes and a medium dr. Pepper with our food. When we get to the window the girl hands us a medium powerade and then tells us, it's on the receipt so it's not wrong. I said we wanted a dr.pepper, she said there was nothing to do because Powerade was on the receipt. Food was not that good. Would not recommend.

There was miscommunication in the drive thru which was fine we got it sorted out before l even paid, but before we drove to the next window the female employee started to to talk to another female employee about the miscommunication implying it was solely my fault right in front of me!

Service is terrible! This has been an ongoing issue where they are not friendly and they continue to make my order wrong. There is NO purpose to do an app mobile order bc they still have you park to wait another 15 mins while serving everyone else. Whats the purpose to order prior to have my mobile order ready on time to skip the line. They have more than 6 people parked lined up waiting on their order. Waste of time & very getto!
