Service is terrible! This has been an ongoing issue where they are not friendly and they continue to make my order wrong. There is NO purpose to do an app mobile order bc they still have you park to wait another 15 mins while serving everyone else. Whats the purpose to order prior to have my mobile order ready on time to skip the line. They have more than 6 people parked lined up waiting on their order. Waste of time & very getto!

Terrible service, I spent 17 minutes waiting for my food in the car until I got out to get the food. Because the many who deliver it are calm without wanting to work. And there was my food, already cold, apparently he forgot it and I was waiting in the car, wasting my time.

Not the first time was asked to wait in slot 1 for a reg sausage and biscuit the guy forgot my order walked inside and no one at counter wow and not the first time items were left out
This survey is because I ordered Two mobile mobile orders on the app that were already paid for and once I got to the speaker, I ordered a basket of fries and the gentleman at the window did not want to give me my orders or allow me to even place another order so I had to park and go inside to pick up my orders. what the issue was and why I was not able to pick up my orders via the window. The manager came over. She was very kind. I don’t remember her name. I wish I would’ve remembered her name, but she was older and, she said that that was more than fine. I was able to complete the order over in the drive-through window. I think her name started with the M but I’m not too sure. Either way she made my day. She said she spoke with him and that that is more than OK. I’m able to pick up two orders or any orders at the drive-through window.

Food was good,that’s not my issue. My issue is the slow service. Even though lobby is open and you can order at a kiosk,if you need anything else they take foreverrrr to get to you, they don’t even turn around to acknowledge you or the other people waiting. It’s wildly rude, there should be a designated person to helping people in the lobby and not just one person trying to juggle so many things at once.

Food wise it’s great. Fresh hot food. I hardly ever have an issue. Only thing I really dislike about this location is the several homeless people outside asking for money. It’s an everyday, all day thing. & they get mad cause you don’t give them anything. They shouldn’t allow them to be outside by the entrances asking for money.
