Told me that there smoothie machine was broke. Yet they didn’t substitute my drink or pay me the money back and claim that the sweet tea I already ordered was the substitute just not a good experience

I went very hungry after school,and ordered at the kiosk. First off I didnt get a reciept, second i double checked to make sure I put everything correct and paid. I waited for my order got it in a reasonable amount of time. I waited to get home to eat and i take a bite of my "triple cheeseburger" to find only 2 meats. I wouldve been better off paying for a double cheese instead of wasting my money on something I wasnt even recieving. I dont know if this was a joke but it wasnt funny.

Very often I came here to buy my lunch but today was the last time I eat McDonald's. The fries had a hair that looked like a man's beard. It was disgusting. I almost left gasping for the little I had eaten and the cashier only wanted to give me back some fries. new, it is something very unpleasant, they should take hygiene measures such as men wearing a mask and a mesh on their head, and women also wearing mesh. This is very unpleasant since just remembering what that hair looked like in my food makes me want to vomit.

This place was spotless and very well designed. I loved the use of the robots to serve the food....so cool.

Beware if your drive-thru order is not ready and you are told to wait at one of the Reserved Parking spaces by the tree.I did the other day and swarm of birds were all over my car. They were also waiting to be fed. They did not get any of my food and all they gave me were their droppings.Coffee was very hot and hard to hold without the protective cardboard around it. Food was ok.
