This location has to be one of if not the worst McDonald's in Fort Worth. The employees move so slow I could cook my own food before they would be close to being done. They're always laughing and playing around in the back instead of making the food. Took us 45 minutes just to get 2 kids meals and that was with the employee asking us 3 TIMES what we had ordered. This place needs serious help because if it could have lower than one star it would!

Ordered via app, arrived 15 minutes later and it wasn't ready. Finally got my bag. Sauce was missing which I pretty much expect. Waited again, asked for it. Oh we're out. Well I wouldn't have ordered had I known, and you might want to tell the customer something is missing..this is not difficult.

Terrible service and the way they’re running this restaurant. Let me know that they will have the highest employee turnover in all of ft worth. I placed a pick up order at this restaurant and it took 45 minutes for me to get my order. It was two burgers and a large fries. Meanwhile, people walked in and received their orders first a woman even came in and spoke to the employees very rudely and received her order immediately The speed of service and customer service that was given to the person that was rude to the employees only set of president for the other customers to treat the employees if that’s the only way that people are going to get their orders in a timely matter then all the customers are going to be rude to the employees. I’m sure people won’t read a review for McDonald’s, but this one definitely needs less than three stars. It is a 1 star McDonalds for sure.

At about 8:15pm on July 24 2025 I went to pick up a doordash order . While I was standing there waiting to be helped the manager Raymond was screaming and being extremely condescending and rude to an employee named Anna (i asked for their names after). She was working extremely hard and was so nice and helpful and he was yelling at her telling her she couldn't take a break and having her repeat what he said as if she was a child . He then proceedes to run in and out of the store arguing on his cell phone while it was busy . I want to recognize Anna for remaining calm and doing her job despite having unethical actions taken towards her! Raymond should be fired!!!
Terrible customer service. Cold food. The coffee was not mixed up. Poor Service. Couldn’t even get me a cup of water without carbonation very rude at the windows. I wouldn’t stop here for anything.

Fast and friendly DT employees. Only thing bad was the breakfast sandwich looked like it was thrown in the bag, the wrap was undone so it was loose and wasn't as hot.
