Terrible customer service. Cold food. The coffee was not mixed up. Poor Service. Couldn’t even get me a cup of water without carbonation very rude at the windows. I wouldn’t stop here for anything.

Awful service! They always forget some of my order. When you let them know they look at you as if you are lying. The employees look like they’re in a bad mood all the time. Twice I ordered inside and they attend drive thru and neglect inside customers.

In my opinion, all McDonald’s are suffering, not for the good food that I occasionally crave, but for the lack of the majority of employees with the common decency to say, “thank you,” “you’re welcome,” or “we appreciate your business.” If not for the wishes of a seven-year-old granddaughter living with me, I would find it hard to ever visit any again. (From a McDonald’s fan for over 60 years and an occasional Big-Mac-Attack guy!)

I literally go out of my way NOT to go to this location. There are very rude employees. My husband went tonight and they were once again… RUDE. Very unprofessional. Happy to be out of products! This location needs to do better.
