Purchased a large and was given this… Had to go to another location just to get a coffee! Manager told me I drunk the coffee! My photo was taken in front of the store and time stamped!

I have found this McDonald's to be rather lacking late, and I am beginning to believe it is due to subpar staff. The attitude of many of these employees makes you feel as though you were a burden for giving them job security. Now I understand that fast food is not the most glamorous, nor the best paying job in the industry, but thrashing a bad attitude out on your fellow staff and patrons will only make things worse. I will still come here now and then and hope I see a better attitude, which would greatly improve my overall experience and thus allow me to change this rather salty review.
Ms. Tina is very nice & did her job with a smile ?! She was running the front register and made sure the soda machine area was stocked & moped. The floor was sticky due to the "wild kids" spilling soda. When asked about wiping down the tables and chairs in the children's playroom she went out there and did it herself. A lady asked Ms Tina about asking these 3 teenagers to get out of the playhouse area. These 3 boys (about 13-15 years old) were being mean to little ones and trying to be destructive to McDonald's playground. Ms. Tina stated she would need to ask another for help with that. The teens were bigger than her, so anyone could understand. But she did say it loud enough that they heard her an got out. THANK YOU, MS. TINA!All of this took place @ lunch rush, during spring break.MS. TINA YOU ARE THE BEST. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR GOING ABOVE & BEYOND!If you work at this McDonald's PLEASE share this with her. ?

There’s absolutely nothing I love more than hearing my kids say they enjoyed their meal. Nuggets succulent. Fries fresh out the grease. Damnnnnnnn. The cheese on the McDouble was slightly melted just the way I like it. The apple pie was delicious.
