I called them a total of 14 times. They either did not answer the phone, took the phone off the hook or would hang up the phone.
I never spoke with anyone about the mess.
Another experience. Went into the location to keep them from messing up the order.
Worst Service.
They only want you to use the kiosk. They REFUSE to help with the kiosk. They refused to take any orders on the register. They refused to take any cash. Numerous people were very upset about the service and just started walking out.
The manager was EXTREMELY RUDE. Refused to help. Refused to answer questions. He just turned his back on everyone.
They need help at this location.

This is probably the worst McDonald’s to go around the area. Went thru the drive-thru to get my food I always check my food before leaving. My food was not warm at all it was cold. I do not why they would even serve me this food when I told the lady she was rude about it and said they couldn’t do anything about it.

If I could give zero stars, I would get a zero stars don’t bother coming in in the morning to get coffee as if you walked in. There is never a cashier and they’re too busy walking around talking on the phone. Don’t worry about waiting on a single guest. And this isn’t the first day or the second the third is that I attempted to get coffee and egg McMuffin. Can you ask why when I go to the drive-through well every time I’ve gone to the drive-through the lid is never on the cup. The last two times I wore the drink and all I got was here the napkin.

Terrible service went through the drive thru to get the new grinch meal and placed a mobile order to get it went to the drive thru speaker and gave them my code they said my name and to pull forward then told me at the window they didn’t have my order asked for my receipt and said they don’t have it and tried to make me pay again after showing receipt then I’m assuming the manager proceeded to say that I didn’t give them the code for the meals and that’s why they didn’t have my order even after they’re the ones who said my name and told me to pull forward wouldn’t recommend placing mobile orders at this location if this is how they’re going to act.

One of my family's favorite places to visit and to eat. But not sure, what's going on with the young lady at the window. That takes the orders, but she had a very nasty attitude. So we decided we would take our business. Somewhere else?

Jude at the window this morning at 10:09 double charged me and saying okay . I am not sure if she understands English but $99 coffee with the coupon should not equal $3.19.
Y ask the veterans what size combo we want? Then ask multiple times at the product window what size combo we asked 4 only 2 insist we get the medium combo?! Just say we're offering free medium meals rather than behaving this way. No wonder i left this company alone!

Cant tell you how many times this McDonalds either shows up or disappoints it the biggest hit or miss. The last time I went about a week ago me and about 6 others were waiting on orders for about 30 minutes. Food was wrong for all them except me who had to wait for everyone else to get their food, (I had ordered first), so i guess small win but I'll come back just a really bad day I guess and not the typical one.
That’s a large drink and they really handed to me like this ! The service is horrible.
