My food was handed to me in a timely manner. The people were kind and smiled at me and my order was right it was through the drive-through so they couldn’t really mess it up too much while I guess they could but they didn’t. They asked me to drive because my order was, a special order and they brought it out with a smile quickly.Parking: There’s more than enough parking goes from the front to the side and then if that’s all filled up, there’s all of the other stores parking so no worries

In general terms everything is fine, the service is fast, however in the afternoons there is a Pseudo Manager called Henry who always has a fuchi face, he does not answer your greeting, he does not have a single bit of kindness, arrogant, without presence and also If you have any doubt about the order you have ordered, you get upset and think that he is always right, there are times when you arrive happy with your order and just seeing his face even takes away your hunger, simply if that guy of people are bothered by working because they do not work or are looking for a different job, because customer treatment and service must be very important and must be provided by people trained in the position and not just any person and even less with the characteristics of that person called Henry

Slow for delivery orders. I deliver and several times there's been several other drivers waiting inside for someone's order. Drive-thru is a different story...fast service... polite servers...hot fries...Kid-friendliness: Since COVID many of the McDonald's and other eateries have shut down "play place"for kids. I'm new in Texas and am so happy to see one open/clean...another place I can spend this ?️ ? Texas "fireball" summer with the kids.

It's funny because the exact day I chose to read the reviews of this McDonald's, I stated that I've never really had the problem that others complained about.... then I pulled in. I placed my order in the drive-thru with my kids. I was given my drinks and asked to wait at the curb around the corner. (Normal when you order chicken) My kids and I waited, sang songs, joked, and waited some more. After 20 minutes of others getting their orders behind us, I chose to go in, just in case our order was ready and no one could bring it out.I asked the woman at the counter how much longer for my drive-through order? As I had been waiting 20 minutes. She turned to the girl next to her, asking if she put me on the curb. Both denied asking me to do so. Then another man was involved and told me I was not, in fact, asked to wait for 20 minutes. He then yelled to another person in the back and said, "This lady was asked to wait and has been waiting for 20 minutes," to which I heard, "No." Another 15 minutes later and 3 ppl advising me that I was not on the curb 20 minutes, they then handed me an incomplete order after I had been asked 2 additional times to repeat my order. An additional 5 minutes later, my order was complete and cold. 40ish minutes after my drive-thru adventure began.I've been repeatedly warned about this location but continue to give them chance after chance....I guess that's my fault. No more. I'll drive out of my way from now on.They didn't even discount my order, full price.

Henry is the best!! I accidentally locked my keys in my car and he was so kind when helping me, I was so stressed out and having that kindness and genuine desire to help made me almost cry. He really needs a raise or something for his willingness to help customers and how he’ll go above and beyond! The food here is also great, very much recommend!!
