12/8/24 around 1am. The overnight staff at this location suck at their jobs! You can order ice cream online, confirm with the first drive-thru window that they'll make your ice cream, pick up the order, deliver the order, just to find out that they completely lied to you! Instead of putting ice cream, McFlurrys, in delivery orders, they replace it with a lemonade and don't tell the customers. They specifically tell the delivery drivers that there's ice cream in the delivery bags but it's a lie!
So basically, the employees, knowingly, are charging people for McFlurries and giving out lemonade! That's stealing!

This place is suppose to be 24/7 but everyday I come at 3:00 am and the lady says they system are down for 15-20min one time she said she doesn’t have enough workers so they weren’t serving drive thru till 5am that’s 2 hours of non operation because of her lazy ass.

Don't come here... false advertising, there is no playground like in the photos, and there are no toys that are on display at Mc Snack Feliz, you pay more and there are no toys

The Night shift is horrible!!!!!!! Always rude and messing up orders thats if they feel like working when you pull up, just lazy especially the rude manager.

Spicy chicken nuggets was great
It's a McDonald's so there isn't much to praise about this place.Being in a bit of a bind I go there because I can accumulate points on the app.I always get the simplest things like hashbrowns,French frys,hot fudge 🍨 and an orange drink.Foods always hot edible and hasservice with a smile.
This place is ridiculous I spend thousands of dollars through Uber ordering from your establishment you have customers in the store but won't let me in to order a simple.meal to feed my.famiy that's the problem with these corporations only care about the money there is no compassion I walked 4 miles to feed my family to get turned away lost yourselves a very loyal customer and I can prove how much I spend at your restaurant i should be treated with respect instead I got treated like a homeless person while your whole lobby was full of people seems like.mcdonalds needs to hire people with better .management skills I even called and said what I had to say about getting food and no response was given over the.pgone they simply.opened the door and denied me service and I'm a loyal paying customer I buy McDonald's 2 times a day at least and it's through Uber so do the math... totally unacceptable and I feel.i should be compensated for. Ordered through the app. Went for a take out order only to find the lobby locked at 530am. Managed to make it inside and the manager lied to me saying there is a sign on the door that says so. Looked there wasn’t.

I stopped by the drive thru after getting off of work around 1:50 am only to be turned away with the drive thru attendant stating that they were closed and only taking door dash orders, and would reopen at 2:15 to serve breakfast. When have they ever served breakfast that early?!? Plus this is supposed to be 24 hrs location. Why are you “closed”?

I ordered a head using the mobile order system since I was just down the road. Figured I'd grab a quick bite, but even though I gave them ample time, they decided a old Chicken Patty was good enough. The chicken Big Mac was hard as a brick and was only able to snap in half due to it sitting in the sauce in my bag. I normally love McDonald's but this is just ridiculous. It's a literal waste of my money considering it's inedible and I have to stop somewhere else now.

Thanks for adding ketchup to my burger after I asked for no ketchup as I am allergic to tomatoes, at least try next time please maybe even focus on the customers that actually come inside the building as opposed to the drive. The I assume manager looked like the was upset at having to come take our order as the first person walked away twice for the drive thru. So pretty please get it together

The kiosk weren't working properly and the order taker was having A LOT of difficulty clearing and so she ignored me because she was to busy yelling orders and questions to the back. I just waited until she stopped yelling. I asked if there was someone else who could assist me while she worked on her problem and she got an attitude with me for asking so I weigh about another 5 minutes and once she figured out whatever her issue was she looked at me with attitude and said now I can help you

I went to McDonald’s drive thru around 1 in the morning and I was waiting there yelling “hello” and nobody responded keep in mind there was 2 other workers there wearing head sets and none of them answered the drive thru speaker…… as I drive to the window to check if it’s open I see all 3 of them standing there and I asked if I could place my order there at the window and the manager screamed “I saw you on the cámara that you took off and now you have to go all around the drive thru again to order” In a very unprofessional and disrespectful way……I asked her since when did yall start doing all of this ? And she responded (“since McDonald’s opened “)in a sarcastic manner …. I honestly was just trying to get a small snack but I ended up leaving because of the disrespectful way she was talking to me and it was very unprofessional……
