Very poor customer service at the drive thru.
Asked for my receipt 3 times and every time they gave me a different excuse.
They keep receipts to fill out surveys . And to keep the free rewards for themselves.
I ordered ice cream on the mobile app and when I got there they said machine was down and offered me cookies. Smh.

T he is has to be one of the worst mc D’s I’ve ever been to. Super convenient but man I call it the worker less Mc D’s. You order on a kiosk and at some point with out a number or name being called you feed ends up in a box and you have no idea how long it’s been there cause you ran to the restroom and then stood with everyone else waiting for their food. Happen to glance over that way and think that bag and drink look about the size of my stuff. Walk over and glance at the receipt sure enough it’s yours. So you walk away slowly but lossed wondering how cold your damn food is gonna be.
Time and time again. If it wasn’t convenient I sure wouldn’t stop.

McDonald’s I’m calling the health department on this location! The soda for the fountain sodas tastes just like a dirty machine!!! This kids spirit tasted so dirty! It even leaves an after taste in your mouth! Y'all clearly aren’t cleaning the soda fountain machine like y'all should! Making kids and adults sick!!

the price on the drive up order window is not what they charge you, BUYERS BEWARE!!!! i asked them about it and told me that it was because tax was added. and no is not because was tax was added. they need to update the prices if they changed. manager got mad because i asked her about it.. not my fault that she is not doing her job to keep everything updated.

So I'm making this review to specifically shout out Milya (I hope I'm spelling that correctly). Years ago I lived just down the road from this location, this sweet young lady has never failed to make my day better. Her high spirits and personality make even stressful moments of a hungry kid and a mama stretched too thin, enjoyable. Two years ago, roughly, I relocated to benbrook and just happened to be passing through everman today when I decided to stop for an ice coffee. My surprise when I came up to the window was palpable! She recognized me as soon as I drove up like it was just yesterday she last saw me. Her smile got even brighter as she asked me where I'd been. The fact that she not only recognized me but took the time to make me feel important and memorable brought me pure joy. I can truly say I love you girl! You bring nothing but happiness to the world around you! We are blessed to know you!

Every morning I try to grab breakfast their system is down and the magic number it will be working again is 15 minutes every single time... why bother being a 24 location at this point while never addressing repeat issues

Update: Now, why would y'all come out with a new shake BUT when us customers come to try it for the first time, we can’t get it! Because this location CLAIMS the ice cream machine is broken so they can’t make the shakes!!! Really!?! They just came out with this and ya’ll already saying the ice cream machine “doesn’t” work on the night shift!

We love this McDonald’s! Sometimes it might have its downs but over all this is a good location! Employees are normally friendly and food is normally made fresh!

I will not be returning to this location at night, during the day the service is good but at night it is a different story. Every time I have ordered at night they get my order wrong, I had gotten some breakfast sandwiches a couple of weeks ago and they left out a McGriddle and swapped it with a McMuffin, then I came today and got the McDonaldland meal and they told me they had no ice cream which I didn’t have a problem with but when I got home I looked in the bag and there was no collectible tin that comes with the McDonaldland meal so I might as well have gotten a regular meal. I try to be patient and understanding but I’ve only been disappointed by my experience at this location every time I have ordered at it I will be using another location now

Went through the drive through they forgot a 10 piece and a small fry , I always double check my order as this McDonald’s is known to always forget some thing that white manager lady was very unprofessional instead of handling everything in a professional matter she just kept talking over me stating that my order was put together by her I worked at McDonald’s before as well and I never treated customers like that. If I got down after checking my order then it should be done correctly the first time. When asking for corporate number they said they didn’t know it the frustration I felt I even tried to offer to bring the bags and she said I know it’s there knowing well it was not in there. Instead of apologizing as it was very busy she belittled me so UNPROFESSIONAL I would like to request a call form whoever is above her we’ve been coming here for years and she shouldn’t be working up there if she does not wanna to speak to customers or make sure everything is right the first time
