The manager and employees were rude and when we asked for the sauce that wasn’t in our bags they were going to charge. I know it’s “just sauce” but they didn’t have to be rude and walk away when I was talking.

Stopped through the drive thru for a mcflurry and fry. When they handed my ice-cream to me, I noticed they just dumped the ore on top of the ice-cream ...that was it. When I expressed confusion, he just stared at me. I asked him if it was supposed to me look like this (not mixed) he just stared and finally asked if I was wanting him to mix it for me. I said yes please, as I would have gotten ore all over my car doing it myself. He did take it back and delicately mixed the very top and have it back. He seemed very irritated. The whole second half just straight vanilla ice-cream. Not impressed. I've had very good service at other interactions here. It seems like it's a 10/10 or an absolute mess. There is no in between.

We’re from out of town in for a concert next door and had an Awesome experience, Sidel was super friendly and made dinning inside super comfortable. Great food and atmosphere especially it being holloween after all!
This is my go-to spot. My food is almost always fresh, and the service is consistently good. On the rare occasion there’s an issue with my order, the staff handles it quickly and without hassle. What I appreciate most is the consistency, no matter when I visit. They’ve even let me place separate orders at the drive-thru, and the mobile app is super easy to use, especially when redeeming rewards.
Tip: Opt for the drive-thru if you can. The location’s layout and placement make parking a bit tricky, so the drive-thru is usually the smoother option.

I honestly don't know what happened to this location because it went right down the toilet..
The food was half cold and the shift manager refused to replace it and then cursed me out in Spanish.
Also there was food and trash everywhere which is a lawsuit waiting to happen.
