The service and atmosphere was if I were in Mexico trying to order a burger in English. When I asked for extra onions on my burger they put at least 2 pounds on it. And it’s so much salt on the burger I can’t even eat all of it. Next stop, somewhere that sells breath mints and gum.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! No total in the drive thru, no receipt, missed my chicken nuggets, and then I see the state of my burger. Will not be returning to this location. It's so disappointing. Not sure of his name, but the black guy manager said he looked at my nuggets and didn't bag them. Then he countered my asking for BBQ sauce saying there was some in the original bag he passed to us outside. Yes, there were two waits.Ordering was weird. The person with the headset didn't get half of the order and had to be told again after getting weirdly rushed.Are y'all smoking stuff? This was such a bad experience! Yes, reach out to me. No receipt was given.

Best McDonald’s in DFW. Always kind and fast. Actually has a machine for free refills, TVs, and power outlets to charge while you eat. All other locations should copy this one. Try the biscuits and gravy, only available at this location!

The atmosphere is calm, the majority of employees are in the kitchen. There are no cashiers, only kiosks to order. The place is clean, the bathrooms have a good view. The only drawback that I would say is the parking, but it is passable because of the place where it is located since the place does not have much parking, by the way it is only one way to drive so be careful when entering by car.

A lot of homeless here and you will be approached, just FYI. The lobby was not very clean either. Lots of drink spills and ice in front of the soda fountain (slip hazard).Parking: On a corner with a drive thru so narrow/ limited parking on one side.

Will up charge you for something you didn't ask for then give you the wrong me completely. Also when you call to talk to the manager they will hang up and not answer when you call back.
It's mcdonalds, the food is okay and the service is pretty good, sometimes they forget something or get something wrong but I've never had any issues they weren't willing to correct. Solid choice for dinner.
