If i could give this store a negative star i would. I sent my husband to get breakfast on last sunday and he went thru the drive thru and they got the order wrong. He then parked the car and stepped inside to give them the food back and get the correct order and the young lady took the reciept.
After what we thought was the correct order the young lady kept the reciept. We asked for the reciept back and she said she misplaced it and we would have to wait ten minutes for her to print it out. At this time we had already been waiting 45 minutes. Who goes to McDonalds and has to wait 45 minutes because they ask for steak instead of sauage. We paid for steak but still got sausage after they so call corrected this order. I TOLD MY HUSBAND NOT TO GO TO THIS MCDONALDS because the service sucks. I called eight times trying to speak with someone in the store with no luck. I zried the next couple of days to call with no response. When i got a response over the phone the young lady named Anna who said she was the manager hug up on me. I felt like that was extremely rude. She told me to call back the next morning and ask for someone named Al‼️ MCDONALDS I ONLY SPENT $34 and some change but i dont care it if was free your customer service sucks and your location is super slow and should be closed down‼️ Do better

This store “opens” at 5 yet they are not actually up and running at 5. I waited 30 minutes for my order which ended up being cancelled by Uber because they “couldn’t get it ready in time.” It was only 2 sausage burritos lol ridiculous. Get it together

So I don’t normally have bad encounters here I just take my food and leave but TODAY was off there was a rude worker working the drive thru and closed the window ON MY MOTHER when she was trying to tell them about a mess up in the order and that’s just disrespectful.

Everything about this McDonald's is average...the worst part of my experience is being charged for water and not being able to get a refill...I prefer the location off McCart if you have children that want to play in the play area...sitting for hours and not being able to get a refill is crazy
