Sat in the line 35 minutes with not one car moving. Everyone must’ve quit midshift. Absurd! I understand it’s McDonalds but it’s still a Fortune 500 company and should not be ran like this just because of the area it’s located in. It’s time to evaluate leadership and staff at this location. This McDonalds is worse than the one in south Dallas! That says a lot

We have door dashed from this location 5 times and every time our order is wrong or missing items, it’s not hard to read a receipt and put the proper items in the bag. Reading is fundamental!!

I visited this McDonald’s and went to the restroom to wash my hands, only to find there was no soap. I noticed that even the shift manager used the restroom and rinsed his hands without soap. When I brought it to his attention at the counter, he instructed an employee to take care of it but then went back to working in the kitchen without washing his hands with soap. After witnessing this, I was not comfortable eating my food. This is very concerning from a hygiene and food safety standpoint, and I hope the store addresses proper handwashing practices for staff.

This week is teachers appreciation week and a co worker called to get breakfast for all the teachers that couldn’t leave the school to get anything done to state testing today we were told that they wouldn’t be able give us anything for the teachers I’m not sure why we have badges to prove we Work for the school and everything. Do not go to this McDonald’s. Worse one I’ve ever been to. They are always out of everything, they don’t give refills. Take forever with an order and even get it wrong at that! You have to literally do everything on the kiosk. The service is trash!!! I would never be coming back again!

I choose to go to this location when I have nowhere to be. Each time I’ve gone, I waited in the drive thru 10-15 minutes EVERY SINGLE TIME. If waiting that long, you would think food would be hot and fresh, and most times it’s not.
