A very bad experience. I've been there a few times and the general manager serves me, and he smells unpleasant, provides terrible service, and his demeanor and appearance are very poor. I think his name is Michael. They should hire someone more competent and with a better appearance.

Wow this is dirty McDonald’s, trash everywhere, tables are not clean, trash all over the floor and trash cans over flowing. I was surprised because this is a nice area. Not good!

It ended up taking close to 5 minutes per order to get anything out in drive through. I think I'd rather spend a couple bucks more and go for better food that is actually fast.
Please listen to the person how he is taking order drive through.. I found him really very rude .. he kept on repeating like a robot very bad service and it was in line pathetic plz do check time was 3:13 pm dated 2nd December 2025

Would give zero stars, hispanic female manager is extremely rude, sat in restaurant for 15 minutes after ordering food, when you ask about it, manager is rude, refused to get my order, had to get refund, will never go back, then when you complain online they send. You to some mcdonalds website, which is a joke, their restaurant is not on there

When Shelley & I go to McDonald's on Altamesa and McCart the tables are dirty the floor has not been swept & no one is cleaning the tables.
