This place has no customer service. Spent 45 dollars and had to still come in because 4 items missing. And then the manager is rude with no name tag just in a black t-shirt manager had dreadlocks. Tells me were I need to stand. And treats me the customer bad. DO BETTER MCDONALDS…..

Really this McDonald’s deserves no stars. We are staying at Texas health southwest because we just had our daughter and my husband leaves the hospital to go get us the new McDonalds land meal because it was supposed to have the cool little stickers and stuff with it and we don’t even get what it’s supposed to come with. Then they didn’t tell us that they charge if you don’t get the shake and trade it for a regular drink so it was $30 for 2 cheeseburgers with fries and 2 drinks when we could have went elsewhere and it would have been a lot more worth the money. So it was all just a big scam. Don’t advertise something if you don’t have it !!!

Quick service, but always messes up our orders. Customer service is barely there.

Just go somewhere else. The person taking our order input the wrong item and snatched the cash our hand at the window before we could confirm what we ordered. When the price was different, we asked to confirm and when we said it was wrong the employee got angry and told us he did nothing wrong. At the next window the employee and manager was kind but not helpful and didn’t help us correct the order.
On top of that the fries were cold and hard and the burger was cold.
Cory has top tier customer service! Truthfully the best front service i’ve seen at this mcdonald’s in awhile. He went above and beyond to give us a good experience and was super friendly to us and our kids. Would def recommend a raise for this gentlemen!
