Just went through the drive through here. Got home after a long day and took 2 bites and noticed that my burger was still raw. I called and one of the managers, Mich, answered and didn’t really seem to care when I told him about this. He did offer to replace the burger but I don’t even want to eat there anymore. I asked him if I could just get a full refund and he said to bring my receipt when I have a chance. This sucks.

Food is usually cold it's a hit or miss which sucks because this McDonald's is closer to my house I usually drive to the one off chapel Creek, but today I was passing through to go home so I figured I would stop and get my son a happy meal and of course everything was cold . I was looking at the receipt and it said apple slices so the guy giving me the food I had asked is it double fries ? I said the receipt says apple slices , he shrugged his shoulders and shut the window! I'm not sure if he just didn't care or he didn't speak English because a lot of the workers don't so they get orders messed up a lot . I am Hispanic so I'm definitely not being racists. I will be going to the McDonald's off chapel Creek they have better service and their food is always fresh.

Went through the drive thru this evening ordered a few items, they had me park, brought my order out incorrectly three times. This location needs to train their employees better. These guys/gals don’t know what they’re doing. Horrible customer service.

I live in an area where this is the closest McDonald’s and today was my second time going and I noticed that they don’t really understand you when speaking English m at least the person in the drive-through and he kept rushing me asking me “is that all is that all”? It’s hard to place an order with alterations when they can’t understand you and the guys that give the food barely speak English either and rush your food to you and and my food was not fresh and very cold and I couldn’t get my order the way that I would like this is upsetting never going back until they change staff or maybe suggest bilingual workers
