Not always consistent on paying attention to order in and table tent procedures. I placed order correctly, gave tent number and they just yelled order from counter as a to go.

I ordered a door dash order for the food to be delivered to the house. I have sick toddlers at home and have to attend them. Fastest way to food them was chicken nuggets and I didn’t have enough for everyone. Paid the fee for the delivery, opened the bag and missing a 40 piece nuggets. So I called the store and said to drive up there or call door dash. So I had to ask a neighbor for their car since my other car is in the shop. Came up here and told them it defeats the purpose of paying a fee to have my food delivered and for it being messed up and still have to come up here to get the food. The manager just nodded her head and said thank you.

Staff is very friendly great service, I like the oldies they play on the overhead music, very nice change. Food is fresh and for how busy they get sometimes they get the food out fast.

The drive-thru was slow, as usual. My order was wrong and I couldn't take it back because I was on my lunch break. I ordered a double quarter Pounder with cheese meal and got back to work with a single quarter pounder that was cold.

Terrible store I don’t understand how it’s possible to mess up a 2 item order and or charge the crap out of me in the process. Then the MANAGER OF ALL PEOPLE catches an attitude NO APOLOGY and was the one that overcharged me as well. She tried to not give me a receipt but it’s in my app already and I will be contacting higher than her off the principle of is 7am in the morning if you can’t get it together fresh on a shift QUIT.

I don't care what you come up here for, they want you to pull out the line and wait for it. Waiting for just a cup of COFFEE is ridiculous. They need.new management!!! Asked for a refund and was asked to wait for that. Came with no refund. Please fire or retrain the manager team. They are all incompetent!

This is a friendly, well-staffed McDonald's. They hire good people, and give them good training. So, the customer service is quite good. It is not an easy gig, due to the aging equipment, bad speakers, unreliable kiosks, etc, which they manage to smile through. You also have to consider the neighborhood. People come out from under the underpass in varying conditions of yuck. The drive-thru gets crowded with people already upset by their wasted time on the 35. They're not looking for more delays. So, the workers here get the blame for it all and manage to smile through it. Kudos to Nayalli, Elizabetta, Pati et al for always giving their best. It is not an easy gig, and unlike the effect left by the peevish reviewers, they make a lot of people happy in the neighborhood.
