This place is awful and it’s been awful for several years I don’t understand. I’ll stop going for a few months and come back and it’s still just as bad as it always is. It’s insane the fries are never fresh - even tho them always seem to be busy or at least running behind on each order. the burgers and nuggets are always subpar and cold. It’s ridiculous that this place is so bad but still open.

Ordered breakfast for me and my family on the app around 10:20 and I get there at 10:35 to pick it up and they canceled it because I had to be there by 10:30? Thats the dumbest thing. Very dumb. I was there at 10:35. I guess they couldn't hold on to it for an extra 5 minutes?? Are you serious? If thats their rule and policy, then they need to stop taking breakfast orders on their app around that time.... and give me my refund. They need to stop canceling people's online orders. Thats ridiculous and disrespectful for the customers.
This location is the worst! We constantly have faith that they will magically get better but they only get worse. We constantly get parked for whatever order big or small, we wait for large amount of time only to get home with incorrect orders and or cold disgusting food! When we call to see about getting it resolved,, guess what? No answer! I’ve left message after message and still no urgency to reach out to me. Shame on all who give this kind of service to your customers! I definitely know I’m not the only one! I’ve lost money and that’s what I get for believing that you are going to get better! Night crew desperately needs new management. I’ll see how long it takes for someone to even care about my situation!

All of the tables were dirty. There were no napkins available for me to clean them myself, not even in the bathroom. I asked for napkins and didn't get them or my drink until I was completely finished eating. Not many people there either, so it's not like they were busy.

Im writing this simply because of the hazard this mcdonald's does. In order to make the drive through numbers look fast they tell every car to pull forward or into a curbside spot. A car crash almost occured during my visit because the cars were blocking in a parked car that was also waiting for their food. If this is a franchise the owner really needs to rethink how they operate the drive through. I have been sitting here waiting on my food and every car they have been telling them to puñl forward.

McDonald's doesn't want you coming in to eat anymore since COVID....When I grew up McDonald's was a treat and you couldn't get up to the counter without a person hollering 'can I take your order'. And they did have cherry pies as well as apple. And they were great.
