I ordered the most simple thing you can order. Chicken nuggets and french fries and they tell me to park "in the front door". There was no available parking at the front door, so I pulled around and went inside. Defeats the whole purpose of a drive thru if you have to park or go inside after driving thru.

This place should have a lawsuit for the way they treat the drive-thru customers.. They Make the drive-thru customer pay and then Park across from the restaurant in one of the busiest parts of the busiest traffic areas in the city. ?A good driver is often presented with a dangerous and difficult situation when trying to simply get their food and leave after being directed to this dangerous area, and God bless the driver that isn't a skilled and versatile driver, comfortable with anxiety driven situations.. every time I'm there I see someone almost get in a wreck or some McDonald's employee almost get hit by a car, also that McDonald's at a corporate level can boast great Drive-Thru order completion times, at the expense of customer and employee and other driver safety ... ? ? ?

Don't try to use the receipt rewards at this location. Based on the attitude here, I suggest going to Whataburger down the road instead. Went online and did the McDsurvey and copied the code to the receipt. Stopped by this morning to redeem it for a Egg McMuffin. I have done this many times at this location and other McDonald's all over. The lady must have been irritated that she had to walk over the order register instead of using the kiosk as a sign at the front wants everyone to do. Fine, I would order from the kiosk if McDonald's would find a way to utilize the B1G1 offer on the receipt. She refused to accept it stating the number was wrong? As stated, I have done this many times and never treated with this terrible attitude. My guess is that the franchisees have to eat the cost and employees are told to turn away the offer. Her rude demeanor was unacceptable, so I went to the Whataburger down the street and received fast, friendly service.

Absolutely the worst location in North Ft Worth. They park us every time we come by, doesn't matter what was ordered. There is always something wrong with the order. Today ordered 5 egg mc muffins and a deluxe combo. Parked us for over 20 minutes, gave our order to a different customer. Then tried to give us someone elses order. When we did receive our order, no eggs on any of the sandwiches, no meat in the deluxe and more hashbrowns than anyone needs or wants. Went back in to just get our money back, and as compensation, we were given a free meal pass that expired 4 years ago.. take your money to a different restaurant or at the very least a different location.
This is one of the better McDonald's in the area. The morning and lunch crew are absolutely amazing. They are attentive and helpful. And food is always good.

I used to frequent this McDonald’s because it is the closest one to my house. I now drive 10 minutes further to another McDonald’s to avoid this location. Occasionally I will come here because of convenience in location and hoping that the quality and experience will be different, but it never is.No matter what time of day I visit, I am forced to wait 10-15 minutes to receive my meal. Which is fine, at least I’d expect it to be fresh. WRONG. I pull up to the pay window in the drive through, pay for my meal and am automatically directed to wait in their numbered parking spots for my meal. I wait 10-15 minutes to get ONE MEAL. And the quality is awful.Every single time, the fries are hard and stale, barely warmed, and the burger buns are hard and stale. One time I ordered, I couldn’t even eat the bottom bun because it was hard as a rock. I of course didn’t notice until I got home to eat my food.Today I waited 15 minutes for my food and they forgot to bring the McFlurry. Which means they’ve gotta go back in and make it and bring it out to my car. More wait time.I’ve hesitated to leave a review because it’s McDonalds, does it even matter what I say? But after google prompted me to leave a review for this location, I thought, why not?I have never had any of these issues at ANY other McDonald’s in the metroplex. Only this one. Maybe they need new management. Regardless, something needs to be done. I doubt they meet health and safety standards.
