Usually this location is awesome, today I was really unimpressed. Gentleman at the second window with hat and glasses was a bit inconsiderate. I was given the wrong size Diet Coke and when I asked for the size I paid for he gave me regular coke and I didn’t know until after I left. Then he proceeded to give me the entire wrong order, when I received my actual order they’d forgotten the sauce. Yall are usually awesome, staff needs to be more attentive especially with diet vs sugared sodas…

OMG!! This location is seriously the worst. Got half my order at the curbside pick up and they never came back with the rest. I had to Wait for the next person to get their order to remind the employee about my drinks. Waited 10 minutes and he forgot again. I had to come inside and serve my own. IM LIVID!! It’s Ridiculous, a bunch of kids working here with no training. Terrible customer service, no smiles no nothing. Management needs to get involved here ASAP. Nobody even answers the phone!!!

The person at the window was ABSOLUTELY terrible. I would fire him in 5 seconds. No customer service just says “is that it” “is that it” when you are ordering. The manager came to the window to help him with something absolutely no personality. And to top it off messed up the order by giving 5 chicken nuggets for a 6 piece meal, ordered a chicken Big Mac and they put a normal Big Mac in the box. The manager is absolutely terrible and the place is ran like garbage. Corporate needs to step in and fix that asap

I went to McDonalds for dinner and ordered a large fry and chicken nuggets, when I came home i poured my fries into the chicken nuggets container and a bug comes out with it!!! Like they were cooked together!! And when I called I got the worst attitude and was told to come back the next day!!

Worst McDonald’s around. They are always messing up orders. Always slow. Last time I went I sat in line in the first lane and I was skipped over by 5 cars for the second lane of orders I eventually just went in. I let the manager know and it’s like they didn’t know how to speak to a human. Instead the only person who knew how to communicate was a young man who told the manager again bc he also didn’t think she/they heard me. Ridiculous.

They are always out of toys. When it was crocs, they said they didn’t have any left. I asked can you please check even if it one, and they gave us one. Asked for the boo buckets today and they said they don’t have any. So disappointing.

They basically tried to steal from me. I placed a mobile order. I go through the the drive through, gave the number and waited for them to show up. No one show up so I decided to go inside, I tell them what's happening and no one does anything to help. I showed the receipt and they told me they couldn't do anything about it and I'd had to waste even more time applying for a refund online.

Been going here for a few years, now I am not to happy this fish sandwich tasted like it has been sitting for awhile, NOW AGAIN SHAKE MACHINE OUT!!!!!! a few times it's been out..what is wrong with yall machine...come on manager get a new one or watch the employees on the machine my family went up there today and it was out AGAIN..WE WILL NOT BE BACK..the fish use to be good someone is not watching the food area the fish tasted old.. I have worked at a fast food place and work my way up to store manager...years ago come on now just lost another customer....
