Ordered from Uber eats and I have never had a messed up order from here. I ordered 4 items including regular nuggets. I find in my bag that they put spicy nuggets instead of the regular nuggets. I am now unable to eat what I bought because I can't eat spicy food so thanks whoever made my order

10/19/24 Update: same exact thing as below. Ignored the ENTIRE TIME.
Like most McDonald's, this one cheats their service time by marking the order as "now serving" when really the order is 10 minutes out from being ready. The employees are trained this way and management is completely content with the farce.

Food was cold and orange juice order but it’s water no testing orange juice. But fries was good and hot fresh.
Ridiculous wait time for being the only car in the drive thru at 1am. Over 20 minutes to make 3 cheeseburgers.

Went in to pick up a order and they were busy but only had one cook and he was over here joking around with the two front guys in spanish making sexual jokes. As a female i was uncomfortable another female walked in and they were making derogatory comments about her. I cancelled my order and left i have never experienced such a bad service!! Do better Mcdonald’s

If I could give them a 0 I would. These people are worthless. They barely speak English and they waste your time. They tell you to come to the window so the one person who speaks limited English can speak to you and then even he says he cannot help you. If you do not speak Spanish, do not go to this McDonalds! All i wanted was a drink and i could not even get one!
