Ordered two strawberry and cream pies with our number. 9 combo. Weren't charged for the pies, but didn't have the decency to tell they were out. And took over ten minutes to get our order and didn't communicate at all about the wait. One of the worst services ever!

Have yet to go to this McDonald's and receive my food in a timely manner 20 minutes this trip. Today they charged me for a milkshake when she knew the machine was out. Then told me it'll be 5 to 7 days before my money is returned to my card. And on top of that I received ice cold French fries! It's a matter of fact I don't think there was one single redeeming quality at this McDonald's

Very distasteful workers no customer service at all. Gave me STALE AND OLD fries then lied saying they are fresh when 2 other people said the same thing!! All workers had attitudes
@McDonalds Yuma has great customer service, efficiency , and very polite manner. She is definitely a keeper for happy customers. Thank you for your service. I believe she deserves a extraordinary raise of gratitude from management.

Pretty sure this store gave me food poisoning. Its dirty. And my chicken sandwich tasted freezer burnt, or just something nasty and way off about it. Ive had diahreea ever since. This is actually unacceptable and im probably going to have to get the health dept involved because I have been dealing with it for two days now which put it in the severe category. Ick
