Terrible customer service, I missed their special breakfast promotion by 10 minutes in their drive thru because of a work call. The manager said they couldn’t do it. ($5 difference, but it’s the principle of the matter). I talked to the GM, Rudolph, which was worthless and his response was “why don’t you just pay the difference.” I will never eat at this place again and encourage others to do the same. #nomcdonalds. #terriblecustomerservice
Always get my orders wrong. Skimpy on the lettuce leaf.
