The kid's play area was so dirty that my grandchildren would not play on the equipment. We might have visited on an off day, but the kids were disappointed.

If they park me for 10 minutes I expect to have fresh food not cold stale fries on top of that the food was just thrown in the bag This is ridiculous and has been a problem for the last several months me and my family won't be back to this location

We placed an order online for breakfast before 10:30 and when we got to the location to pick up the order, we were advised that our order was cancelled because we weren’t there by 10:30. We were there at 10:38. Money was paid and points were used but they couldn’t be bothered to make the order so they chose to cancel it. There was absolutely no reason at all for them not to make the order and have it ready for whatever time we arrived as long as the order was placed and paid for before 10:30, which it was. Complete disregard for paying customers, lazy behavior and greedy system.

I just went to get my TinyTans and was still missing Suga so I asked if they still had purple ones. Not only did he bring some out (like 10) he helped me look for him and then I asked to the stickers and almost gave me the whole roll. Joel or Joelle, was such and angel and so kind. I’ll be going back to visit him ♥
