The new employees are awful. They never take your order in a timely manner, mix them up, and do all of this when there’s no line and you pull straight up to the speaker.
I know it isn’t an ideal job but you’re being paid to do it so do it or leave the job for someone who will.

Ok so I ordered a large caramel frappe’, I always ask for extra caramel syrup with a shot of espresso on the side. Well they once again didn’t listen, they put the espresso in the drink and didn’t add extra caramel syrup. It was so gross and too strong, but they did still gave me espresso on the side. When you speak up they act like they don’t understand English then they go ask someone else. What’s so crazy this only happens in the morning. If it’s not my frappe’ it’s the food. It’s always something with them it never fails. Sometimes if I don’t have time to stop at this McDonalds I will go to the one in Arlington. After this incident I will for now on go to the one in Arlington. All I can say if you going to work do your upmost to keep customers happy and listen.

The food here is ALWAYS cold!!! You have to wait in the drive thru for so long your food should be very fresh and hot but that's never the case. Definitely not going back. Do better!

The guy running drive thru was awesome! Very customer service oriented and accurate. However you know what’s really annoying? Having a voice come through the speaker asking if I’m using the app and then just completely ghosting us. We realized this was like idk an ai greeter but like why? Why make it ask if you’re using the app instead of saying we’ll be right with you? Seems silly. They did forget the sauce in my bag so I had to go inside for it and like 3 people made eye contact with me standing at the counter yet didn’t say anything to me. I’m not saying you have to rush over to customers but a simple hello give me a sec would be nice. Bring back common courtesy to fast food.
