We ordered an online pick up order at 10:40 for their breakfast. However Because we didn’t get there before 11 they told my husband they threw our food away. So now to my understanding we paid for food, they said they made it, however they went out of their way to throw it away. It’s rude and wasteful. Just seems like they hate their job and did the most. So whoever is working this Sunday morning at this McDonald, you guys really weird for that.

i went there on friday night,,i had the new chicken bic mac i had a food poisoning and have been sick all night with fever and chills and could not even go to work,,i am thinking to sue this store,,
Ordered on DoorDash and my fries look like they got Re fried in oil and the resulted look like they were sitting there for hours under the heat lamp My double cheeseburgers the meat looks like they were sitting in the the heater for hours as well I could not eat the fries or the burgers

I’m so disgusted with the level of costumer service of this place. I pull up this morning after work a midnight shift and order some items from breakfast and first of all the person who took the order sounds very confused and tell me to pull up to the window and gave me the wrong items, when I told her that she was wrong she took my order again and gave me half of the order, but the most upsetting of all the experience was that 2 of the 3 drinks of the order were medium coffees and she gave me 2 small ones. After I argue with her for 15 min back and forth, I left, it was an small coffee cup and It says it in the cup but the cashier do not want to understand I mean if the cup that she gave me was medium What is the small size then? AN ITALIAN EXPRESSO SIZE? ….and I don’t want to talk about the rest of the order because it was all wrong I through everything away and went to starbucks.

Laziest crew ever. Was asked to wait in a parking spot. Sat there and watched 5 people go through the drive through and only when I asked for my food did I get it. Cold and soggy. Im only writing this after about the 5th time this has happened. At this point, its my fault for going here. Avoid as much as possible.
