We spent this day 03/19/23 at approximately 330 for some potatoes and some pies and a drink, but the person who is delivering them at the window has bad service and a bad face, and she didn't fill us up, we returned for what was missing and she made a gesture horrible, as if we asked for a gift, we returned because he had already been paid and the order was delivered incomplete, which was difficult for him to apologize to anyone who could pass by, there was no need to make gestures, because we were not rude, he was asked in a good manner , and being the same Latin race.

Listen I know it’s fast food but this is the worst McDonalds ever . Customer service is non existent ,they are slow and just really don’t care about your order being right . I live down the street and will avoid this McDonald’s if possible.

Pretty much the worst McDonald's in the surrounding area and that's tough to be hahaha. Every single person that comes into that place is blatantly ignored. At this moment I am sitting on the front counter with nothing being said. Constantly watching as they have every car that comes through drive thru pull forward and park. The order I put has taken over 30 minutes to put together. All of which consists of 1 happy meal a Mc double and 6 count nuggets lol. I get we aren't wanting to meet any kind of expectation or good customer service but McDonald's is just horrible at this point. And having the audacity to charge $10+ for a single meal.

They decided to clean their frapp machine at 8am in the morning, the time when customers need coffee. They took my order, and then when i got to the window, they stated that they couldn't make my Frapp. You all need better management.
