The kid working the drive through(Judah) is a total jerk. He kept asking what size I wanted and I said the regular size it comes with. He argued they don't have a regular size. Then I said again the size it comes with. He said again what size? After this went on back and worth I asked him if he was asking me what size? He said yes, I said what sizes do you have he said medium or large. Then I read to him that all meals come with medium sizes and he argued back saying I still didn't say a size. Somebody needs to get that jerk away from customer service or give him proper training.

This is the absolute worst McDonalds I've ever been to i sat in the drive through line for 20 minutes, after 20 minutes my wife went inside to ask about our food and the manager (older lady) got an attitude with my wife before she really even had a chance to ask about our food. She blamed to cook and then blamed it on our quarter taking 3 mins to cook. Im sorry I dont see how a 3 minute burger takes that damn long to cook. The manager did loose the attitude once she realized my wife wasn't getting an attitude towards her.

bunch of teens working there , don’t take the job seriously, don’t pay attention, forgot my sauce, forgot too salt my fries, forgot to make my burger plain, etc. not the first time either , go during a weekday late afternoon and i promise it will be the worst mcdonald’s you’ll ever eat!!

Horrible. Awful. Avoid this place at all cost. Literally, go down the street and give your service to any of the other places and avoid this place. Rude employees that do not understand their own policies. They cannot count to 10, cannot read a screen telling then what drink to give. They do not honor their mobile promotion codes. Ordered a 10 piece meal along with a unsweetened tea and a free fry with a dollar purchase. Was told that they only.csn give one fry at a time which makes 0 sense. Got home, only 9 chicken nuggets in the box, the tea was a sweet tea. These employees need to be trained better. I will NEVER spend another cent at this locstion. You couldn't pay me to return.

They’re SO incredibly slow, and the workers do not give a shit about your time or you in general.. I will say there are a few employees who are really sweet and helpful but a majority of them act as though they could care less. Again 11/02/24 10:27pm: whoever is working the drive thru is awful, they're just taking their sweet time. I came through here last night also cause they’re closest to my job and open, they did great last night, but tonight is awful. You guys need to figure out who it is exactly that’s causing all your negative reviews and get rid of those employees. . Cause this place is awful, and obviously I’m not alone in thinking that.
