They’re SO incredibly slow, and the workers do not give a shit about your time or you in general.. I will say there are a few employees who are really sweet and helpful but a majority of them act as though they could care less. Again 11/02/24 10:27pm: whoever is working the drive thru is awful, they're just taking their sweet time. I came through here last night also cause they’re closest to my job and open, they did great last night, but tonight is awful. You guys need to figure out who it is exactly that’s causing all your negative reviews and get rid of those employees. . Cause this place is awful, and obviously I’m not alone in thinking that.

I've been coming to this location for years I am a veteran and ask for my normal veterans discount and they refused me the manager won't even speak English to me they messed up my order and she would not talk to me in English taunted me and laughed when I said to her please speak to me in English this is America and just laughed at me what is this world coming to when McDonald's can't even hire people that speak English. I am not the only order they messed up and the manager had to have someone spoke English to handle all of this this is a disgrace will never be back.

Painfully slow service. Expect to spend at least 15 minutes in the drive thru, longer if they're "busy". Quality of food is worse than a typical McDonald's. Do yourself a favor and eat down the road at In-n-out.

Update: 10/20/2024 Same exact thing. This time a $5 meal deal. After 10 minutes my order appeared under the "preparing" side of the screen, 3 minutes later, it appeared on the "now serving" side, and about 5 minutes after that I was actually served the food.
~10/14/24 22 minutes for 3 sundaes. The screen said I had been served for 18 minutes.

Terrible service, my order took a long time and when I went to see what happened to my order they ignored me, they gave priority to other orders that arrived after me, that bothered me a lot, I was going to cancel my order but a little boy who everyone gave orders to I tried but they wouldn't let him take my order, a situation like this place had never happened, terrible.😡
