Guy in the drive through had an attitude when we asked what ice cream they did have after telling us they don't have Reeces Mcflurries anymore. When we got up to the second window, we were asked 3 different times what our meal was and the Mcflurry wasn't mixed, just ice cream with oreo peices on top. Please get some competent employees.

(Good: crew members were very respectful, and food was decentBad: managers were kind of rude, and store charged extra for substitution)The man who helped me at the front counter was very respectful, despite me having issues with my app and substitutions, he was quick to help out. The restaurant seemed to have some higher-ups from the company there, who made it clear that they didn’t want anything to do with the customers or other employees. I wouldn’t go so far to say they were rude, but these managers were very dismissive, and almost stuck-up. This location also charged me an extra dollar for a substitution on my breakfast sandwich, which most locations I’ve been to don’t do.

Horrible service and food!! This is not the first time I've gotten food from this McDonald's that was cold and incorrect. I had asked for a sausage mcmuffin and was given a Mcmuffin with ham. Not only this, but was charged for egg when I had asked for no egg on my sandwich. When I had addressed this with the guy at the window, I was told there was nothing they could do to change it. Finally, to top it all off, the bread on my sandwich tasted old and stale AND my hashbrown was cold and soggy. Just an all around terrible experience.

Last Week(4/4/24), I went to this McDonald's, My order was messed up. I called the restaurant and spoke with Tonya. Tonya, was friendly and offered to remake my order. When I went this morning, The GM( I believe his name is Ricardo) "helped" me. He was rude and did not want to remake my order. I explained that Tonya(morning manager) said she would remake my order. After going back and forth he only replaced part of the meal. Accused me of trying to steal from them, and threatened to call my employer(he thought I worked for Ford).
Don’t use curbside if the place is packed. It will take 2-3 times longer. Ordered a nugget meal and it took 37 minutes to get to my car from arriving. Laid back and took a nap because I had nothing else better to do anyway.Guy who brought it out was super nice and apologetic about it, but you got to draw a line somewhere and I drew that back at 20 minutes. Food was as hot and as expected.

Saturday mornings between 5:45-6:00 it can get backed up. If you want to catch a meal before going to work at 6:00, give yourself another 8 minutes to get your meal before heading to work. Sausage burritos feel like you are getting more tortilla than anything else.
