This is the best McDonald’s in the area. Shoutout to Alejandro—he consistently goes above and beyond for the customers. He truly stands out. Promote this man now!!!

Avoid this location if you can. Every single time we go here, they take 30-45 minutes. We waited 30 minutes at curbside for a kids meal ALONE. And I watched them bring out 3-4 other orders out to cars that came AFTER me and guess what the other cars had kids meals too so why did I have to wait that long for the same thing? I had to go inside and get my order and they didn’t even have a ticket for it so they must’ve handed it to the wrong car or just never made it. Never coming back here again. TERRIBLE service.

This McDonald’s 🤦🏼♀️…. This particular location always leaves something out! Never fails! I ordered a Bic Mac meal, and had to turn around and go back because they left out the Big Mac!! I’m done with this one. There’s too many other options, and McDonald’s has just gotten too pricey for the poor food quality and awful service. Do better McDonald’s!!

If I could give zero stars I would. This location is top notch worst McDonalds all time. This location has become What a burger slow, at least with What a burger you know you will wait a while and have a great meal. This location you wait forever and not sure if you will get anything. I have been in many time and waited over 30 mins. Only to receive incorrect BASIC orders. Today I came through today, ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel. As I opened the wrapper my bagel was black. Black as the asphalt i drove in on, how is this even possible? This was after waiting 22 mins for my order, I was forced to go inside and wait another 21mIns for a new sandwich. As I waited inside I looked and every table was full not a single hasbrown or sandwich was in a table, everyone was waiting for food. Yall need to make serious changes at this location.

I hate that I’m having to leave a negative review, but it’s time I say something about this location. Every single time I visit McDonalds on Blue Mound and 287, there are missing items, no condiments, or they give my entire meal to the care in front of me then forget they asked me to pull ahead and wait leaving me there for nearly 30 mins.
We decided to eat there today 8/3/25 because it’s supposed to be a quick and budget friendly option, but I should have known…I placed my order in the mobile app to try and make things easier then picked up in the drive thru but wouldn’t you know it, one of our meals was forgotten again. This location needs to do better. I refuse to give this location anymore of my money.

The staff took their time making our food. They act as if we were an inconvenience. Needed a cup because my blood sugar was dropping and they act as though that was hard. They had no lids. The manager wasn’t pleasant at all and I am an out of towner so I will never come back.

It’s so refreshing to see young workers at McDonald’s who genuinely care. The last few times we’ve been, a young man and woman at the drive-thru provided the best service—friendly, accurate, and the food was fresh. It may be fast food, but their positive attitude and effort really stood out and made a difference

Be careful if you don't asked for receipt or redeem your points right away. Individuals working there will take it for themselves. I was robbed of my points and no has done nothing about it. This happen Jun18, on my way to church.

It only I counties 0 stars. Every single time order is wrong, they make you wait in a parking spot for 2 happy meals. I ask for plain bc my kids don’t like mustard. We al Mays get everything on the burger. Their ice beers to be calibrated because you literally get three ice cubes in your drink that 3/4 full . Sometimes you get your food at home and the happy meal toys aren’t even in the box. It’s not hard orders. It’s just asking for plain cheeseburgers or are you straight up missing a whole pack of chicken nuggets. The service is extremely slow and nobody cares most of the time it’s bad it’s in the afternoon and night. The morning shift seems to have it more tight but the afternoon and evening is terrible. Nobody knows what’s going on and they just all look at you like you’re asking for too much to have ice in your drink in Texas or for some ketchup and you order sometimes three happy meals and two adult meals and you ask for ketchup and they give you two packs and look at you like crazy when you ask for some more please can corporate or whomever this is franchise look into the store to get it ran even at a decent level of customer service
