Typical McDonald's food, if anything a little stale just because the wait is long no matter what method of delivery. The most disorganized location. The staff is friendly but clueless. I just want a business that treats employees better to have more talent

This McDonald's sucks we got there and ordered the new meal and some 5 dollar meals and 6 nuggets, the took 15 minutes and we did not have are food. I went inside to ask where is my food, they said they will bring it, 15 more minutes, we ask the woman outside where is are order, the manager comes and says we are grabbing it, asked for my mom to come in to get a refund, and tried to give my mom 36 rather then the 40+ we spent and they could at least gave us are food and a refund now my mother is late for work. Do not go here

I ordered 2 items in the app at 10:03 pm from the Lake Worth area so it's ready by the time I get there. Takes about 15 minutes. At 10:31 is when I get the items because they're so slow! When I drove off there were about 15 cars in line. Incredible and not acceptable.
Adjusted review now I'm not hangry. We joined the drive through and waited almost 40 minutes to pick up our food. I know things happen but there was zero communication. Had the team told us the wait would be more than 10 minutes we would have just left. Still the team member was really nice and the food was as hot and tasty. Really my only feed back is make sure team members are keeping customers informed.

I ask for a Mc Crisp sandwich with all the lettuce tomatoes and dressing on it that I saw on the sign and they sent me back a plain sandwich with nothing on it.But a pickle, i'm pissed because , I had to go right back to work. I will not go back there again. Therefore, I couldn't send it back.

The management needs to evaluate who they hire at this location. Specifically a lady who walked off when I said “excuse me, ma’am” and told me “I’m working on it” with such attitude. She didn’t even stop to ask me what I needed when I asked kindly. Extremely rude and disrespectful. Instead try to stop and say “I’m so sorry about the wait, let me get that out as soon as possible.” Mind you, I was waiting in the drive -thru for over 10 minutes for 2 orders of hot cakes and a McGriddle. We stopped to get “fast food” because we were in a rush on morning commute and were met with disrespect, long wait, and made us late. Don’t stop here if you want FAST food or courteous employees. You won’t find that here.
