I went to this location this morning. The morning staff can't seem to hear very well. I ordered a vanilla cappuccino they brought me carmel. I understand mess ups happen but carmel and vanilla sound nothing alike. They were also very rude about the situation.

Rude employee on the drive threw speaker, tell me its breakfast at 10:59. OK im trynna order lunch, then when I wait the min till lunch has a funky attitude. The guy who collected the payment was great. But then im sitting at curbside 1 for 15 plus min. This McDonald's service is terrible today. Its usually reliable an dependable. Only ordered nuggets an basket of fries.

I give this place 0 stars Jennifer was very rude and nasty to my husband we asked for fresh food as usual cause we come frequently after she said it was fresh witch was not she said she wouldn’t be able to remake the food and gave back my cash then proceeded to say she won’t serve me so I went threw the drive Through to try to order denied my service I say at the window for 20 mins and she still proceeded to make me sit at the window! NEW MANAGER NEEDED ASAP! JENNIFER!

I had a wonderful day today with my family. We went to McDonald’s for a quick bite, but I wanted to mention that the young lady taking our order in the drive-through seemed a bit rude. I even approached her to check if she was okay and to ask if she had an attitude, since she didn’t greet us and seemed nonchalant. I hope McDonald’s can train their employees to greet customers warmly and have a friendly attitude, as it really makes a difference and goes a long way.

4.5 stars.
Interior was pretty clean, including the restrooms. The kiosk was out of paper, so I didn't know what my order # would be. A manager did come out to double check, and she did get me my food in a couple of minutes. But she did say I had to pay for an extra sauce tub 😂😂.. A lot of McDonalds will give you up to two for free. Oh well.

No customer service even when they are in the wrong

If you can’t depend on them to do anything is else they’ll definitely get your order wrong and have an attitude when you correct them for having poor listening skills. If you don’t wanna take orders all day long maybe apply for something else. And I’m sure they’ve thrown all the salt away and just stopped ordering them because they fried get worse every time I go. Fried too hard and no salt.

I pay on mobile app and go through drive thru like other people but why do I always have to get moved up and have to wait? It can be 2 burgers and they always put me on hold what’s the point of the app THIS SPECIFIC MCDONALDS is SLOWER and puts you last when you order through the app.
