The worst place I have been so far food was cold the hole play place was nasty I mean I can't even explain how nasty this place is and for them to not have an English speaking manager in lobby absolutely mad at how it's running

The lobby and play area are completely disgusting fries everywhere, people left the food on the table like they would if they was at a regular sit down restaurant. When I asked if someone would clean the play area so my kids could play there the employee told me that she's not on lobby duty, but I'll check and she never did. Never would I come to this one. The management is an absolute joke they don't know how to run a proper business and need to get fired or demoted.

Ordered from the app to save time and had special requests (extra sauce and no onions) however served whatever was under the light and special requests were ignored. Staff unhappy and it shows in how they greeted you. Won’t be back to this store since I’ve been to other McDonalds locations that are WAY better! This location is a waste of time, money, and doesn’t follow McDonalds franchise standards.

Great indoor playground but be mindful if you have children. They give out OLD toys even if they have current ones. Heard it directly from the staff’s mouth. They just wanna get rid of whatever old toys they have to unlucky, unsuspecting kids, who are rightfully expecting to get what they are currently advertising. So check your toys before you drive off, if that matters to you.

It's almost guaranteed that this location will mess up your order every time. They are more interested in having you pull up to a designate parking area and wait for your food. (Drive Thru Timer?) To Bad I live so close and have to depend on this location
2025 slowest drive thru ever.. this is the worst location ever.
Update: Ordered 3 McDoubles Plain and Dry.. Only 1 was plain and dry.. the other 2 had everyting on them. This location just doesn't care about customer service :(

If i could rate this place negative I would. I stood at the counter for over twenty mins. Multiple employees looked at me and did not offer help. This place is a joke and needs new management.
After visiting this McDonald’s location with my two small children on a Friday afternoon specifically because they still have a playground, my 2-year-old was injured. Despite wearing socks, he cut his foot on something sharp in the play area. As you can imagine, this was terrifying as a parent, not knowing what caused the cut.
I immediately spoke with management. A young lady who said she was the Manager brought me a first aid kit while I explained where my child had been playing. She said that was all she could do for us. She then notified another shift leader, who then said they would close that section of the playground to prevent other children from being hurt. However, we never found what caused the injury.
I did not receive an apology, and I remain very concerned—not only for my son’s safety but for the safety of other children who may visit this location. I hope this can be investigated.

Uber eats order
Forgot part of the order had to call Uber eats back. They confirmed that we are missing. Our order was told that I need to call McDonald’s directly. All I could get for the first 10 phone calls with their voicemail. Then when I did get a hold of them they told me if I came in personally they would give us our meals. I let him know that we were staying in a hotel on vacation and have no car and The manager told me that I just needed to go directly to Uber eats then cause there’s nothing she can do.
