I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at your restaurant. On February 6th, my friend and I both ordered the “Crispy Chicken Deluxe meal”, only to find a strand of hair embedded in the food. This was not only highly unappetizing but also raised significant concerns about the restaurant’s hygiene and food safety practices.

Upon bringing this issue to the attention of the staff, I was met with an additional level of frustration due to the unprofessional behavior of the General Manager, Katya. Rather than addressing my concern with empathy and professionalism, she was extremely rude and condescending. Instead of offering a reasonable resolution, she insisted that I leave work and return both the contaminated food and receipt. This response was not only inconvenient but also dismissive of the seriousness of the situation. Her attitude and lack of customer service made an already unpleasant experience even worse.

McDonald’s is a brand that is widely recognized for its commitment to quality and customer care. However, this experience has left me deeply disappointed and degrades a once trusted national brand. I urge you to investigate this matter, not only in terms of food safety but also in how customer complaints are handled at this location. Proper food handling procedures and customer service training should be reinforced to prevent similar incidents in the future.

For your reference, I have enclosed pictures of the contaminated food as evidence of this incident. I request a formal response outlining the steps McDonald’s intends to take to address this issue. Additionally, I would appreciate a refund or appropriate compensation for this unacceptable experience.

I understand each location is a franchise and therefore individually owned. I will be reaching out to your corporate headquarters with my concerns.

Every time I go through McDonald’s drive thru I have a hard time with the people at the windows. They get so upset when I provide a code at the window I normally give it to them before ordering but they always have such an ugly attitude. I understand we have bad days but it is not customers problem if that’s the case. McDonald’s needs to hire people who can cater good customer service. I’ve worked 10+ years in customer service and these young people they have at the windows are far from good. And this is an every time thing. Also they don’t even greet you, just have a straight face and answer very bitchy.

Homeless man standing in door way asking for money and opening doors for people. Then my boyfriend picked his order up and we went home. He had a sausage, egg and cheese McMuffin and while eating it he yelled at me bc he thought he cracked a tooth. Well it wasn't a tooth, he ate an egg shell. We looked through the rest of sandwich and found a ton more. Photos for proof. This needs to be fixed because it's happened to me before.

The employees who work in the late afternoon/evenings are extremely rude. There is no sense of good customer service. I will never go back to this site. I would rather drive to the other side of town, where the site is run more professional.

Wonderful environment! Definitely the best McDonald's I've been to over this last decade since they have been remodeling all locations. This one even has a play place!
