I tired to replace my meal that I got wrong at this McDonald’s by tcu , when I asked for a manager she came but I didn’t understand not one thing she said , she only spoke Spanish which is very frustrating because you think you put someone in a position of a manager that is bilingual and can assist there customers!!! But instead I left frustrated and mad and no food replaced !! This is the worst customer service ever !!!

This mcdonald’s has the most incompetent employees of them all. It’s honestly comical. Wouldn’t order from this location unless you want your entire order to be completely incorrect and then when you go back to try to ask for missing/incorrect items to be argued with. Should also mention the rude employee at the window took the original bag of food back to make sure the missing items weren’t in there??? after she was done rifling through the bag she handed it back to us like we were going to eat it after that? Gross as far as food standards go and for other customers. All we wanted was the two missing sandwhichs and the fries that were now cardboard warmed up so they were relatively edible. I also really appreciate how she asked for the receipt to see that we were actually charged for the items “read it” for two minutes and then tried to say we weren’t charged ? and dismissed us. Was really upset when i handed that ish straight back and pointed directly to said items ??. Honestly after all that i completely lost my appetite and the meal was ruined. Absolutely garbage customer service, bring on the robots at this point.

Went through the drive through and when I pulled up to window to pay 3 employees including the manager were all to busy looking at there cell phone and speaking Spanish resulting in wrong order given to me. Absolute horrible customer service

Only drive-thru open late very slow not sure why next to a college campus at least on Fridays and Saturdays the inside should be open late. Most customers left due to long line.

My wife came through the drive thru at 10:30 pm, Tuesday the 20th. Ordered an unsweetened tea, and got sweet tea. Waited awhile for a replacement and got watered down sweet tea, instead of what she ordered... who does that? If you don't have unsweetened tea, don't water down something and try to pass it off as a different drink. What kind of service and people do that? McDonalds on Berry, that's who does it.
