Terrible. Employees are dumbfounded. They apparently can't read English. They charge 1.00 for cheese and make sure they don't put it on your sandwich. Isn't that call stealing. To charge you for something that they didn't give. Never coming back

Wth mcdonalds.... i ordered a large fry and the carton was only half full! Mind you, i hadnt eaten any yet and there were no spilt fries free floating in the bag. Please do better. Just spent 30 minutes waiting for two grinch meals, which consisted of a 10 piece nuggets and fries with some socks. After the fact I ordered for pick up at the counter through the app 40 minutes ago. They should really figure out a method for getting the orders out in a manner that is not just drive-through. FFS

Today Dec 3rd I went into the lobby to buy our meals first off the “manager” and the lady in a green grinch shirt were very unhappy you can feel an attitude from them and feel their negative energy. I guess the only person to blame is the manager because she’s the one who is leading that way so the ducklings follow. No greetings no smiles not an ounce of warmth coming from this McDonald’s.

This is my second time at this exact McDonalds location where I go try to use my rewards I show them that reward has been successfully completed on my end because all my points go away right after giving code and the same guy with curly hair whos the manager always gives me attitude saying I have to contact McDonalds customer support thats not his problem and so on or wants me to pull to the side and will ignore you. He doesn’t care at all..Except this time when I asked nicely for help with my code he told his staff in Spanish thinking I didnt understand to just ignore me. When I then asked if I could use a different code he ignored me again and I ask the girls at the window if they can just take my order then they yelled at me and said no. Even after I told them fine I wont use the code then even though all my points were gon after I felt very embarrassed and upset I had my son with me and all I wanted to do was get his food but they are always rude there and dont care because they say its “franchise owned” I really felt threatened to when they all came to the window because It was just me and my son. I will post something every day until action is taken. I also have proof that my rewards was put in yet I left with no food…all because the manager did not want to take a look at my phone. Then they were all saying things under there breath in Spanish…very unprofessional!

This is not how it used to be.I visit this place every morning the even remember my order but they can not Make it the same ever. I always order a regular and a decaf coffee and it's sad to say this morning I saw the guy pouring both of them from the same pot. I get a decaf coffee for my wife that has anxiety with caffeine so I had to throw them out I called customers service and I was on hold for over 30 min with no help

It’s a McDonald’s at the end of the day, food-wise. What sets this McDonald’s apart, though, is the wonderful staff!
The employees are always so pleasant, kind, and SO efficient. This McDonald’s is SUPER quick and has a lot of people working to ensure it goes smoothly, with many even being outside along the drive through line (a la Chick Fil A) to keep things speedy. They rarely get my order wrong at all, which is saying something because I am particular so I always have a lot of adjustments I ask for!
The employees are great, and whatever they are getting paid, they deserve more!

Place is always dirty. Employees talk between each other or on the phone.
Fries are hit or miss. We live nearby and the fries are stale unless its very busy. More importantly the code on the app never works at this location. My husband saved points for over a year and cant use them. Since it works at other locations it must be user error on the stores part. Management should do some training or look into the problem

Hands down worst McDonald’s in dfw… every time I go my order is always messed up, staff always has an attitude, last night when I went, half of the crew was on their phones sitting on the floor, and my order was messed up… YET AGAIN. Terrible service, the best thing there was my drink and the fries.
