Drive through people made a HUGE deal about the fact that we asked for more sauces because they weren’t in the bag. We paid extra to get them, checked the bag, and when we realized sauces weren’t in there, we asked for more. They claimed they had put them in and sure enough when we got home, no sauces.

Manager and drive thru employees need to learn how to take order correctly and the managers need to be able to provide a solution to issues I ordered a fish combo then when I get to window I'm like yall missing the fries and she's like well they only charged you for drink and sandwich u will have to pay for the fries I said ok then she said u going to have to drive around I'm like wth for her mistake wow the lady nor the wannabe manager could go to back register and charge me it's not like I wanted free fries they need to get trained on how to treat customers

She seemed very annoyed and didn’t welcome us correct.We were the only Hispanics there and she seemed racist to us . No one was working at the register and she just was straight up rude!
