My daughter went to Mule alley to get two pints of ice cream I whated two flavors in a pint. They said that they can't do the that because it is prepack. So she order a pint for herself and they hand pack the pint. If you can get two flavors on a cone or cup there is no reason that you should do it for a pint. That is a shame that you can't get two flavors in a pint. For $11 they should. I have been to a lot of ice places and this is the first one that won't do it. Personally I think it is poor customer service.

Ice cream is good but waayyy too expensive. It’s $8 for one scoop of ice cream. Also the staff isn’t very friendly and the women checking us out didn’t even look at us.

The ice cream was delicious. Place was clean and prices are fair. Love the flavor choices. Service was not friendly. Three people working and they all had frowns on their faces the entire time we were there. It was depressing. They were quick and we got what we ordered so I wouldn’t say it was horrible but a friendly hello or even just a simple smile would have been nice. We found it ironic that they had a shirt on the wall that said happiest ice cream or something to that effect because the employees were far from happy.

They gave me the wrong ice cream and still charged for it and didn't accept the return.

UPDATE:
We bought eight ice creams from your shop, and seven of them were fine. However, one of them was ordered as “dark chocolate,” but it came with a strong coconut flavor and wasn’t dark at all. It was my son’s ice cream, and after tasting it, I confirmed that it was a sweet coconut-flavored ice cream.

I informed the person at the cashier desk that I wanted a proper dark chocolate ice cream without a coconut flavor. They told me they couldn’t replace it because we had already tasted the ice cream.

It seems like your shop hasn’t been in the ice cream business for very long. The standards for “dark chocolate” – whether it is an ice cream or chocolate bar – are almost universal. If whatever you’re adding to the ice cream overpowers the chocolate flavor and makes it excessively sweet, you really can’t call it dark chocolate.

Long story short, I threw away your dark chocolate ice cream and bought something else for my son. I don’t enjoy writing negative reviews, but in this case, it feels well-deserved.

The waffle cones we got taste bad. The staff were not courteous, they rushed us to either pick or leave. It’s not good even with manager on site, we didn’t feel good.

The people working there are rude and seem as if they hate working there I got just plain cones for my kids no ice cream and I asked for a napkin for the cone the girl looked at me like I was crazy and just said the napkins are over there (with an attitude) the ice cream that we got was good not that great the for price and for the amount they give 7.50 a scoop in a cup I tried the butter pecan and tasted grainy the strawberry was good the peach cobbler shake taste more like guayaba I wasn't a fan but my husband liked it. I will not be going back. I must say the girls are the ones with the attitude the guy that helped us was actually nice and welcoming.

Delicious and a welcome treat all around!

I really don't have anything negative to say about this location or experience. It was a hot day and the location was cute, fun and pleasing. It was just off the main of the stockyards lane. The flavors and choices were great - old classics with great indulgence twists, as well as non dairy and vegan options. Reasonable portions for price.

Vegetarian options: Non dairy and vegan options labeled and marked and seemed popular in general.

Kid-friendliness: Portions for kids possible and so on.

First time trying Melt and it was yummy. A little pricy for just a scoop of ice cream, but there were so many shortcake chunks in the strawberry shortcake that it was worth it. It was truly a delicious and refreshing dessert to eat while walking around at the Stockyards.

Definitely a place to check out and try if you're visiting the historic Stockyards or are in need of a delicious afternoon snack.

Ice cream was good, but the service left me and my boyfriend utterly baffled. We were browsing the different flavors, asking for a couple of samples, and choosing a flavor, and yet the staff never said a single word. All they would do is stare and nod... are they ok? Am I missing something? I swear they looked scared as if they were at gunpoint.
