My visit to Mercury Chophouse was a delightful experience that I would rate as four stars. The ambience of the restaurant was elegant and sophisticated, creating a perfect setting for a special dining occasion. The service was attentive and friendly, adding to the overall enjoyable atmosphere.The menu at Mercury Chophouse offered a diverse selection of dishes, and the food was well-prepared and delicious. I particularly enjoyed the quality of the steaks and the flavorful sides that accompanied them. The presentation of the dishes was also impressive, adding to the dining experience.While I had a great time at Mercury Chophouse and would recommend it to others, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of management should let their servers interact and share their knowledge of food and wines. Some really do enjoy the knowledge of what they’re drinking and eating. Overall, it was a memorable dining experience that I would happily revisit in the future.

Alright so lets talk about it-- So I took my wife here for her birthday after another restaurant in the area at last minute canceled our 7pm reservation and unexpectedly closed for the night. When I first walked in to Mercury Chop house, I was a little concerned by how empty it was at 7pm on a Friday night, that being said, overall we walked out very pleased. Now, this very well may just be a situation of low expectations being pleasantly surpassed but at the end of the day I think this place has a ton of potential. Okay so here is everything we ordered: -Calamari -Caesar Salad -Wedge Salad -Braised Short ribs -Lamb Shank -Cream Spinach side -Mushroom side - & 4 cocktails Totaling: $225 before tip Overall, we very much enjoyed the salads and thought the entrees were well prepared. Would have liked to see more hot appetizers options, the calamari was slightly overcooked and chewy and instead of being served with marinara or dipping sauce, it was served with a tomato risotto that was not very good. Also, they served fresh bread that was very good but we were not served this until we received our salads. In my opinion this would have been much better served after we ordered our initial cocktails and we're waiting on our appetizer I would give this place a try, just go in with an open mind. This place has a ton of potential and could easily be a great restaurant!

We were first seated in a cut-out that was nice except the light overhead was blinding and there was no way to dim it. So we were moved to another table which was better but in a high-traffic area for wait people. There wasn't much ambience. The restaurant looked like it could have previously been a diner or sandwich shop and that when current ownership took over, they decided not to change the decor. Our waitress was very good, but absent at times. Our steaks were very good and cooked perfectly. And the wines, while very limited in selection, were very good as well. The meal saved the experience and almost made up for the lack of atmosphere, but we probably won't go back. Prices were reasonable. The restaurant was more than half empty at 8:30 on New Year's Eve which seemed odd as well.

This is our favorite restaurant but on new years the whole vibe was way off. Rushed everything. Food wasn't near as good as it normally was. All staff was running around like chickens with their heads cut off.

Terrible service! Rude waitress with an attitude! Steak was COLD but the creamed spinach was decent and hot and the Brussel sprouts were hot too and delicious. My husband ordered the scallops and they were barely warm will not be back

Service was terrible from the female server on shift last night at 6pm , and when I left and talk to the male manager, he kept interrupting me about my complaints on her service and how she did not even serve us bread like the other tables, an he also kept patting my on my shoulder , do not ever disrespect a customer's complaint or physically touching them. Next time someone complains about bad service keep your mouth shut and listen before interrupting,
