I hope im spelling my girls name right but Ms.Shara helped me and my bestie out today. She not only was energetic and kind but so helpful and sweet. I feel like good customer service is hard to find nowadays and Ms.Shara has got it! Come see my girl and eat some good pizza!

Super friendly and helpful staff. Pizza was perfect plenty of choices and toppings.
Price has gone up 20%, skimpy ingredients. But quality and service are still pretty good. 3 pizzas and drinks, plus 15% tip is now over $60.

I ordered crispy crust (extra crispy) pizza for dinner, but they packed me thick crust pizza. I wish I had double checked with them. Drove 8 miles back and forth just to get disappointed.

Don’t get a salad from here if you order delivery. They will forget the dressing and then give you the run around instead of fixing it like they should.

The three folks working at MOD tonight were outstanding! Such kind people with such great attitudes. My boyfriend and I went to MOD because it is one of the few places we can go to enjoy vegan pizza. Not only do they have vegan cheese, but they also have plant based sausage crumbles. This was my first time at the MOD in Saginaw and I am extremely pleased with the options we had as well as the FABULOUS service we received from the super kind people who happened to be working the closing shift this evening. Thank you MOD! ☮️❤️🍕
