Had a build-your-own pizza with the plant-based cheese, plant-based sausage (this location has it!!), and a TON of veggies that sounded good to me. Topped with fig balsamic— so tasty. 10/10 Unlimited toppings for about $10 (mini pizza)
Would have rated it higher, but the staff had zero urgency in taking orders. Building line didn't seem to concern them at all.

Took too long to make pizza, and there were only 3 chefs making it, it doesn't help the service when there are too many costumers that are hungry and want their food right away.

This is my signature place to go for lunch great food fresh everyday Kid friendly. Inside and outside dinning. Great desserts and be sure to download the app to get all the free goodies. Some times my lunch is half price because of my points. Also great vegetarian item like the popular Tristen pizza.

Either terribly understaffed or incredibly lazy individuals. Waited an HOUR in the restaurant before my pizza was ready, a long with many other poor individuals. Could've ordered 10 dominos pizzas in this time. Will not return.

I was way less than thrilled about ordering from this location. My grandson has a severe allergy to dairy. Neither one of the girls at the counter knew which crust or sauce were dairy free. And when I asked her to put new gloves on she was put out. Then she was going to put sauce on that was contaminate with shredded cheese. I told her that this allergy is serious and I would hate to have to use his epi pen and then call 911. I also reminded her to use a clean cutter and she totally ignored me. Not anywhere close to the service we recieved at a MOD Pizza in Austin!!

I almost didn't get this pizza because I saw a lot of burnt pizza reviews. I requested the light bake instead of crispy and it was perfect on the thin and thick crust. The thin crust was still crispy. Thick crust was nice and chewy in a good way. Toppings taste fresh.

I’ll be honest—I almost gave up on this place. The food has always been solid, but the customer service? Not so much. That said, today completely changed my opinion thanks to Alex.
He handled my order like a pro—fixed three pizzas for me with a great attitude and top-notch service. You could tell he genuinely cared about getting it right.
Alex, if you’re reading this—thank you and keep up the awesome work! You rock!

Went on 6/5/25 Love this place to the food to the staff they are friendly and nice. Give their lemonade a try it's very good. Thank you to the man with yoda hat that made my pizza they were super helpful. I did not ask for a name
I first tried MOD Pizza at KidZania, and I was immediately in love. The team there did an amazing job, and the view outside was absolutely peaceful. Shout out to Carlos and Ryan—these young men are truly impressive! Everything was perfect, including the pizza and cookies. Definitely recommend and will be back
The gentlemen were very kind and patient in taking our order. I appreciated their etiquette and effort to fulfill the order in a timely manner. Food was quite delicious and will be excited to come back to this location!
Good. Very good. Gotta use the fig balsamic sauce
