MOD Pizza

This is the cleanest MOD in the area, all the others are really dirty and look like they will soon be out of business, this location is thriving the manager is doing an amazing job. So glad we came to this one today. They also have a really nice outside eating area.

I ordered a MOD pizza and they absolutely understood the assignment.

First off, the customization? Dangerous. I went in thinking “I’ll just get a normal pizza” and five minutes later I was building something that looked like it was designed by a pizza scientist with unlimited topping privileges. Zero judgment. Just support.

The crust had that perfect combo of crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Like if garlic bread and a cloud had a baby and raised it right. The cheese melt was elite. The olives and veggies were fresh enough that I briefly considered pretending this was a health decision.

Also, shoutout to whoever made this pizza because it looked like they cared about my happiness specifically.

Would I order again?
Yes.
Would I fight someone over the last slice?
Also yes, but respectfully.

10/10. No notes. Just stretchy cheese and good life choices. 🍕

Great pizza , love this place since I first tried it . Wish my ordering experience was better , tonight 1/7/26 girl with the ginger hair was so rude . We pulled up an hour before closing and she already had such an ugly attitude while making our pizzas.

I have been coming to this location for years. Today the experience was quite different. The reason of my 5 start review is Matt and his most respectful, customer oriented, and attention to detail attitude. This is the type of employee you want to have in your store front who not only performs on his dutties, but do care about the end to end customer experience. Kuddos to Matt.

I visit MOD Pizza often with my kids, and we always have a great experience. My kids absolutely love the food—especially the No Name Cake! The service is always very good, and the staff is friendly, helpful, and very cooperative. It’s one of our favorite places to enjoy a quick and delicious meal together. Highly recommended!

I order from other locations purposely as this location produces inadequate pizzas compared to others. Today the pizza had zero sauce and sparse toppings that were lumped in the middle leaving 2 inches of bare crust. How do you say you you don't care without saying you don't care? Order here and they'll show you....

Had a build-your-own pizza with the plant-based cheese, plant-based sausage (this location has it!!), and a TON of veggies that sounded good to me. Topped with fig balsamic— so tasty. 10/10 Unlimited toppings for about $10 (mini pizza)

Would have rated it higher, but the staff had zero urgency in taking orders. Building line didn't seem to concern them at all.

Took too long to make pizza, and there were only 3 chefs making it, it doesn't help the service when there are too many costumers that are hungry and want their food right away.

This is my signature place to go for lunch great food fresh everyday Kid friendly. Inside and outside dinning. Great desserts and be sure to download the app to get all the free goodies. Some times my lunch is half price because of my points. Also great vegetarian item like the popular Tristen pizza.

Either terribly understaffed or incredibly lazy individuals. Waited an HOUR in the restaurant before my pizza was ready, a long with many other poor individuals. Could've ordered 10 dominos pizzas in this time. Will not return.

I was way less than thrilled about ordering from this location. My grandson has a severe allergy to dairy. Neither one of the girls at the counter knew which crust or sauce were dairy free. And when I asked her to put new gloves on she was put out. Then she was going to put sauce on that was contaminate with shredded cheese. I told her that this allergy is serious and I would hate to have to use his epi pen and then call 911. I also reminded her to use a clean cutter and she totally ignored me. Not anywhere close to the service we recieved at a MOD Pizza in Austin!!
