If you get a chance to visit the Heritage Trace , you have to have your pizza prepared by Cameron. He provided stellar service. On a hetic Friday night , Cameron delivered the beat pizza. He was friendly, outgoing, and engaged us enthusiasticly in making pur. pizza. You rock Camerom! !

My pizza is literally drowning in sauce. Not to mention customer service is run by a bunch of high school kids who have no manners. This used to be a nice place with good customer service, not sure what happened but they need to consider hiring new employees, the current ones have no idea what they’re doing and lack basic customer service skills

We ran across MOD Pizza while in Oklahoma a few months back and have been regulars now. The service has been mostly a good experience. Going indoors and ordering has not ever been a problem. The places have all been equally clean and well cared for. Now ordering online can be another story at times. Sometimes the order is 20-30minutes late or they leave off toppings. But overall not enough to deduct for. Great job team at MOD keep it up! Wishing you all success!

Ordered pizza using the app, wasn't ready when at the requested time. I had a friend to go pick it up they said the oven wasn't working properly and would have to wait. I cannot leave my office and told my friend that's ok and don't wait because they do not know when it would be fixed. I called later and they acted like nothing was wrong, so I basically wasted money and since it's paid already, no refunds. So I deleted my app and will no longer associate with MOD pizza, too bad, I love thier pizza but this is garbage.
Parking: Plenty of parking spots. Shouldn't have a problem looking.
