Service is horrible! I waited over 10 minutes for the server to come by to take my drink order, which he gave me the wrong drink. Then I ordered my food, and said I would also like to place a to go order which he said he would take later after putting in my dine in order. I didn’t come back to my table for over 30 minutes- never checked to see if my food was ok or ask for refills. However another one of his tables who were seated 5 minutes after got a new server who would not help me when I ask. I had to go to the bar, stand and until another server at the other end of the bar yelled, asking if I had a to go order. I yelled back- no, I need a refill. My server was pulling bottles down from the top of bar and never once acknowledged my presence. The other serve brought my refill over- rudely. After another 10 minutes my server appeared and apologized for the refill saying he had to count his til- but I saw him waiting on others- he simply forgot about me. This has happened to me here many times. Each time I try to be nice and respectful saying they must be busy- it not busy, many were standing around doing nothing. He also asked if I was ready to place my to go order- I was finished eating and waiting on my check- which I’m pretty sure I could have left and no one would have known for hour. Needless to say I told him I was no longer interested in placing a to go order. He gave me my check, I paid and he quickly pick up! I left no tip- funny how when it’s money time, they are attentive. Plus they had a to go window that they kept opening making it very uncomfortable with the heat. The food is good but not that good for such horrible service every time I go. We have too many great Mexican restaurants around to wait time in such a horrible establishment!

Don’t come here worst food I ever tried chicharon is harder then my tools save ur self time la media naranja 10 times better better quality meat in front of them bad service also workers were rude never going here will tell everyone to never go here

they NOT longer offer the homemade flan 🍮 and the one that they had today they’re buying it who know from where 🤷♀️ and already made… it gave me stomachache and nausea…. 😡 wuakala 🤢

Food was salty. The food was just reheated and not fresh at all. Place was dirty. Workers were loud and started drama between them while we were eating dinner. Do not recommend and will never go there again.

Excellent food and the service Hector did an amazing job !!!5 stars for Hector⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I asked him for no onions on my plate and he didn’t bring me the Cahrro beans that were supposed to come with my carne asada plate cause he told me it has onions ?I appreciated… he really listened to what I had told him , other restaurants ignores me and serve my plate with onions. So los Molcajetes make sure you treat Hector right he will bring lots of customers because of his willing to listen and his right actions and attitudes . Way to go Hector Molcajetes on Western center

I have been going to this place since 2017 and I have never had the same beans at any time. This goes to show you that their beans are made fresh every day. The rice is perfectly seasoned and tastes like the way my grandma use to make it. Also, they’re tortillas made by hand are so fresh and delicious.Love this restaurant better than any other in Gran Plaza…yum…And they actually have aguas frescas made with real fruit. And don’t forget the healthy juices made right in front of you. ?? yum!

Best place in the grand plaza to go to. I 10/10 recommend the food here it is always very good! They also have a juicer at this location and the juices they make are as well 10/10
