Waited forty minutes for our order of 3 burgers. Mad pricey for such a burnt thin patty. Employee kept handling his phone more than he did the food. 🤢 Yes barehanded

My husband and I went in on 9/18/2025 at around 7:15pm we walked in walked up to the counter a guy behind the counter said he would be with us in a min, came back and the first thing out of his mouth was just so you know it will be a 35 to 45 min wait then picked up a stack of receipts that were online orders telling us we had to wait till they served those before even touching our orders. Number one you are a restaurant if you want to be a to go place only thats fine, do that take the tables out whatever but you have people coming in to your business wanting to sit down and eat and your telling them they have to wait..... no the online orders can wait or have one person doing online orders and one person doing eat in orders, to me it was very unprofessional and rude we went down to the mcalisters ate our food were probably in there for about 30 mins or so and when we walked to our vehicle this place was still turning people away, very bad customer service and im pretty sure it was the manager that told us all that so that makes it worse 😒😒😒

This place is the best. My son and I were greeted the minute we walked in. The young lady at the register very nice and talkative with my son and I with a huge smile on her face. We ordered the 4.99 or 5.99 combo for the both of us. The food was made very fast and fresh and hot. Im a fresh fry person and dang those fries are sooo good. I haven't been to a Mooyah burger in over 10 years so I wanted to take my son since I've always talked about and it still is the best!. If your on a tight budget there is a combo there for I think it's 5.99 combo and its the best.

First time going here, and have to admit it was really good. Very soft bun and a juicy burger. The fries are yummy too.

Great service. I had the classic $9.99 combo with organic strawberry dragonfruit drink 🙌🏽 and the free shake and I am so blown away.🤩 Everything was so delicious I ate it so fast and wished I had eaten slower afterwards.🤣 I suggest to savor it all slowly when you eat it.The toasted potato bun was so soft, beef 100% real, signature sauce is A+++++ and the fries are the best fries ever. I felt like a kid all over again especially drinking a real strawberry shake.😋 Thank you Mooyah
