Food is absolutely amazing! I love eating there at least once a week. My only issue is that I come from another city and sometimes they are closed on days that they say that they are open and it is not posted on the website or on the building. Get into the habit of calling first before showing up. You will save yourself wasted time and gas!
New to Texas .. looked up soul food and found this place. I ordered chicken fried chicken with Mac and sweet potatoes as my sides then a side of black eyed peas with an extra cornbread muffin. The food was really good .. the only reason I’m giving 4/5 is because I got an extra side of Mac and not the black eyed peas I ordered. I didn’t know until I got all the way back home. I understand everyone is human and make mistakes so I would definitely return.
The food here was AMAZING!!! Definitely will come here again. Good consumer service, we waited a bit for our food it was no worries to us as we didn't have anywhere to be. They were kind enough to give us a free cake for waiting so long.
