I can't speak to the service since I had this delivered. I will speak on the food. I didn't personally enjoy the coffee or the burrito. I got an iced caramel macchiato and a jalapeño sausage breakfast burrito. They weren't horrible there just wasn't anything special about them. The coffee was super sugary to the point I couldn't drink too much. I will try out other options next time and see if I like them.

So good and the team there are wonderful so kind! Food was so good - had breakfast tacos and incredible pancakes. The cook team made my day sausage mixed in the eggs perfectly with salsa on the side. Native ambiance is great and has a wonderful large area to eat and drink their wonderful coffee and food.

Four reasons to Visit Native Coffee + Kitchen:1. I have never tried any food item that is not absolutely delicious! I'm talking appetizers, salads, burgers, sandwiches, BREAKFAST. It's ALL good and that is so rare. I literally do not have a favorite item because of how flavorful each meal has been.2. The drinks! So many choices for coffees and real sugar soda options. I can go in the morning and grab a lavender vanilla latte with a breakfast taco, or a real sugar soda with my buffalo chicken sandwich at night.3. The staff - all of the girls at the register have been so kind when answering questions about the meals and coffee. They also are so kind in the way they serve others. Through checking on us to make sure we are okay, to holding back from interrupting a prayer or conversation, the staff is so respectful and helpful.4. The environment - I am blown away with how cute, spacious, flexible the set up is. - I can choose to have my taco on the couch, eat my salad at a table, relax with my ipad in a cozy chair with my coffee, or socialize at the high tops as I wait for my to-go food.Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp with easy access and enough space inside to get around easily.

Ran into some of the co workers off the clock so I tried to soft greet them because it was so close and they gave me a dirty look. Went back to the kitchen to talk to the cooks and my food came out burnt. As I was telling the waitress the off the clock workers were smiling. Very weird and childish.

This place has gone downhill. Used to have decent food and service, but today it takes 40 minutes to get chips and salsa. Los Molcajetes has better breakfast. (and salsa)

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU COME!!!‼!I came here on December 1, 2023 to this restaurant and placed an order of the cowboy hash meal with scrambled eggs, potatoes with no sausage no cheese and no sour cream, but I wanted bacon and said please add the bacon. Next my granddaughter placed an order of over easy eggs with no bacon or sausage (she doesn't really like bacon or sausage) and white toast. They didn't really have white toast so I didn't mind it but I told them just please don't add the toast. She also wanted PLAIN French toast no powdered sugar and no syrup. She ordered a hot chocolate and I ordered black coffee and the coffees and hot chocolate both tasted like vanilla... we waited a whole hour for the food and it was absolutely horrible. They added sausage on my meal bacon on hers. They put powdered sugar and syrup on her French toast and the fact that they didn't want to get us the manager after us asking 4 times was unfair. We went upfront for a refund and they asked us to wait for some more time. At this point we were disappointed, we didn't eat and we waited a whole hour for the food just for it to not be what we ordered? We asked for the manager again and he came finally and he said something quietly to the employee that was "helping" us and he said that he's sorry and gave us his phone number and said that the refund won't come to the account until a few days. Meanwhile the girl wanted us to wait there until it happened. I will never come back here again. All me and my granddaughter wanted was some food. Anyways thank you for reading this, I feel acknowledged and validated by you reading this!
