So the employees are nice but 9/10 times they are in the back and you are waiting for 5-10 mins trying to get their attention, then it is always slow and or mess up your order and giving you PB when you specify said I am deathly allergic and when she is just trying to scrape of the top layer I had to be like hey you need to make another bowl. Very dangerous always check your bowls here

I come here sporadically when I want a fruit bowl. I always get dragon fruit. It's so pretty. The staff, for the most part, have been good. I can't call to order. It sucks, but I understand. The parking lot is always packed, so you might have to parkways and walk to get there.

UPDATE: The manager, Holly, reached out and asked for an opportunity to make things right. We visited again today and the açaí bowl and smoothie were great! We opted not to try the skoop again since there’s not much they can do with not making them in store anymore. Based on today’s experience, we would return. Thank you again, Holly, for taking the time to reach out & make our smoothie/bowls today.Worst Nekter I’ve ever been to!! We lived near the one in Redlands, CA for years and went multiple times a week, in addition to frequently visiting the one in Valencia, CA. We got a smoothie, a bowl and the skoop here and they were all terrible! The skoop was icy and slimy, not at all like back home. And the store was dirty. I’m so bummed. I was excited to see a Nekter here, but unfortunately we will not be returning and cannot recommend this location!

Will never come here again. Manager is so rude and complete lack of care from all the employees. Paid for ONE extra in a power bowl (4 dollars worth of peanut butter). Maybe got a table spoon. When I asked her for extra upon seeing the bowl she refused and stated I got what I paid for. I understand corporate regulation but I paid an extra 4 dollars for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I’ve seen lots of reviews about this manager and the overall atmosphere, maybe it’s time for Nékter to self reflect.

This company has gotten way too greedy! Vegetables are not that expensive. Just because there was a fake pandemic, doesn't mean you have to price gouge. Will Never come back. You have lost 16 customers because of me now!

Love this Nektar location! I come here, well, often (almost daily) and all the employees are so friendly and provide quick service. (Small tip is to use the Nektar app to place your order in advance — you’ll never have to wait on your bowl.)

TERRIBLE, WORST experience.I frequent this location, I was kind as possible. I didn’t even know what to say. But will NOT go back. The store MANAGER stood there yelling at me for more than 5 minutes. I was HUMILIATED by the store MANAGER. She was SO RUDE. Posting a photo of my receipt to prove I was there. Hope NEKTER sees this & contacts that MANAGER about her ugly attitude. Also, the MANAGER yells about “not having enough funds to re-make a smoothie” which was a mistake on her part.Got a refund.
