Went to this bar SEVERAL times as a young adult because it was easy to get into and drink. It was never a “nice” bar… always too packed, dirty with horrible staff. Usually where we started but never ended. My daughter turns 18 this weekend and we are venturing down to the stockyards to entertain 18 and up venues. I was told this bar is closed and sounds warranted. I’m honestly relieved.

Neon Moon Saloon is by far the absolute best bar I have ever been to. The staff is so friendly and welcoming, the environment of the bar is such a great atmosphere. The bouncers are by far beyond great. This is the first bar i’ve been to that is focused on customer safety and will do any/ everything to keep everyone safe. I would recommend this bar to everyone!!Fridays/ Saturday 9pm-2am!!!

2 of my drinks had unidentied bugs in them, then one had black mold. This place will be shut down soon for health code violations. Their primary customers are underage kids because they don't enforce age regulations that's the only reason they are still open.Edit for the owner: Based on your response, I highly recommend you take a better look at your team and refine your processes. Some of your equipment definitely need to be replaced. I've worked in this business for almost 7 years as well, mostly security, so you should expect me to "understand". Good luck.

Music and the people you meet are cool. Staff and security, are way over the top and let their job title get to their head. People's safety is not their staff’s main concern and priority, but they like to boss people around and be rude for no reason. Guys can’t wear their hat’s backwards, don’t serve water for free you have to buy bottled water, my card fell out of my back pocket when I was dancing. We were told by the bartender, who was super nice, to go check the front. I described the card and the name on the card to a staff member, and it matched, and he still wasn’t going to give it to me. I had to pull out my ID to get it back, and threaten calling the police to get it back. They don’t take cards, when it comes to paying for a cover. So they make you spend extra money to use an atm, to get cash out. A staff member was grabbing on my friend's arm, when she was standing there waiting to ask about my card being turned in, telling her she needed to move to the side, because of people coming in and out. Instead of just politely telling/asking her.

I hesitate on the 2 stars, could be 1, but I liked the bartender in the back corner. My first margarita was the worst I've ever had, it was like a salt lick. The bathroom line for women is ridiculous. Work on it, folks. Does it make sense to have beautiful women in line or on the dance floor?

This has to be the worst bar I have ever been too. The staff is extremely rude. There is no toilet paper nor hand soap. I told many staff members and none of them seem to care. So hygiene is not a thing. Also they force you to buy bottles of water and they will not give you cups of water. So I guess they want people to drive drunk. Also, the bouncers fight with anyone and will kick people out for no reason. Worse place ever.

Ghetto and unprofessional. 5 of the workers jumped my friend but there were no negative repercussions for the workers being aggressive. Never ever going back it was extremely dangerous. There shouldn’t ever be 5 people fighting one person just for dancing with a girl.

Great place, first off see a few city Boys posting about social distancing concerns. If you are that concerned don't show up here. Staff is great, bartenders always great! If you act a fool it will get rough for you.
