I love this place, the food is delicious. However the customer service is terrible. I come here at least 3 times a week to pick up a to-go order for my toddler and every time I call to place an order no one answers the phone! Then most of the time they over charge! One cashier was rude to my older daughter a few days ago, luckily I was waiting in the car otherwise I would’ve addressed this.

I go into newk's eatery and place a to go order. I ordered soup and a salad. I asked to have chicken added to my salad. So I checked my salad no chicken. So I said tothe girl working at the register, I did not get my chicken for my salad. So I got lunch meat instead of grilled chicken the girl tells me they're restocking, after I look at it. Had I not checked my order I would have got no chicken I am displeased I really like Newks food.

My was delayed 22 mins. and that was AFTER, 17 mins I inquired where /when. Apologies by cashier (who was a delightfully cheerfully and happy young lady?) and person who brought out my order, but not manager (who was on duty working in kitchen).The food was good quaility but not exceptional. I had pimento cheese and tomato soup, daughter had turkey sandwich and chicken tortilla soup.The delay in receiving my food made for an inconvenience and further delay in schedule/appointment.The eatery was not crowded, people came and went.It was clean but the bathroom sink faucet was loose enough to fall out.

We had the Turkey Avocado sandwich and a Supreme pizza today at Newk's. The service was great. The food however was boring. Our sandwich was flavorless and the pizza was...OK I guess. The toppings were meh. Most definitely not going back. Shoulda stayed home and had leftovers and saved the $30.

Very unassuming restaurant. Had a chicken salad sandwich (my one complaint would be to add MORE chicken salad) and it was very good!All of our food was very good and the place was very clean - def. Have to try again as this was our first visit.

We've always enjoyed the food here but tonight it was bad..they served their Newks Q with maybe half the chicken they always use n put NO NEWKS Q BBQ sauce on it! And my wife had a pizza with uncooked crust..awful!

This was our 1st time eating here and we really enjoyed our time there with friends. I do wished that they would have more then the one giant menu hanging up over by the register. I felt a bit rushed in choosing my food with the other guest standing behind us.

Wanting to try something different we found Newk's. We like the menu selection. Nice place. We shared a "Q" with a bowl of gumbo and a Mediterranean pizza. The sandwich was great. Taste the difference in their bread ??. The soup was busy (as gumbos usually are), but tasty. The pizza was relatively dry, but the center dough was soggy, like undercooked. Overall, the pizza was a very, very salty mess. If we ever go again it won't be for the pizza, or the overpriced soft drinks.

Very fresh and tasty food! Staff was very kind and welcoming. Atmosphere felt relaxing; ambient lighting, seating was spaced out well for enjoying table talk with the family while not disturbing neighboring guests. Menu has a really good variety to satisfy your palate! I tried the Ultimate Chicken Salad but opt for ranch instead of honey mustard. Not only was it a gratifying portion, I can’t comment enough on how fresh all the ingredients were! This place definitely deserves the recognition. While waiting our food to come out, I was curious enough to order the Newk’s Q sub after seeing the advertisement, with the purpose of sampling it and saving the rest for dinner…Again, no disappointment there! Great proportional flavors and quality ingredients that came together perfectly with a little kick, all on a freshly warm bun. Lastly I tried a little bit of the strawberry cake slice. Huge fan! Wonderfully moist and not too incredibly sweet. Would have gone fantastically with some hot tea. My daughter had the Marghertia pizza and obviously not surprised that it too was, perfection. I’m a pizza lover first and foremost so I tend to be a little weary when ordering a pizza from a new place but they did a great job at putting together fresh delicious flavors and making it visually appeasing as well. We were definitely not disappointed. I’m only really bummed that I was enjoying my food so much that I forgot to take any pictures for yall haha! I highly recommend you to give this place a try :)
