Long blond tall gall was not friendly, made me feel unwelcome. Will go to alliance location instead. Pumpkin cake was over cooked.

Since I discovered Nothing Bundt Cakes, I have been so happy with them. I have tried several of the bundts. They have such a delicious variety of them in 3 different sizes. They are ideal for any occasion. They also offer gluten-free should you need that option. Please check them out on the internet as they have several locations to choose from. Very clean and well maintained establishment. The were very attentive and knowledgeable as well as helpful. I have never been to this place before and the cake I got was delicious!!! It was moist, and the frosting wasn't too overpowering. I definitely recommend for a small personal cake, or one for a party!

I went in to ask about the reading program for kids. The lady at the counter wasn’t sure how it worked but took down my email and said the manager would get back to me. I was pleasantly surprised when a few hours later I received an email from the manager with the reading log and information about the program. I know this location just opened and I’m sure they are very busy so this simple interaction really meant a lot. I think the service was outstanding. Also, the cakes are very delicious!

Feel like there is usually more icing on the cakes but still 5/5. The lady who checked me out was very kind and genuine, the shop is small but set up very well! Definitely will keep coming back!!

CONFETTI cake is not CARROT cake. Was told that their order says confetti cake when I have the physical receipt from the store that reads "CAR" for carrot cake. Would've been easier and understandable for them to just admit to their mistake than to gaslight me to think I ordered incorrectly.
